Ons het die plek mooi op gepas en het voor en na foto's gevat, toe ons trek uit die plek het hulle ongeskik geraak oor die emails en n klom goed uit hulle duim gesuig vir kamstige fee as mens trek wat nie op die ****rak was nie, plus nog om te lieg so dat hulle nie die deposito terug hoef te gee nie plus nog ons R1000 gevra om kamstig die plek reg te kry wat nog voor ons tyd nie reg was nie. Hierdie is n klom seinige *****s wat kyk waar hulle jou kan in doen, hulle verdien nie eers een ster nie

Be VERY careful when renting from this agency. When it comes to refunds you struggle your butt off. They charge you repair costs when you move out for faults that have been clearly stated on the entry inspection. SO TAKE PHOTOS OF EVERYTHING WHEN YOU MOVE IN EVEN MARKS ON THE WALLS AND CEILING. Also contains R500 for 3 days water and sanitation. Receive your statement for the above by the 6th of each month, but when a refund is due, you don't get the statement. Not transparent. Raised an issue regarding electricity, which should be prepaid, quite a while back. R70 000 later to replace my son's desktop and an incomplete online examination (possibly going to fail this subject) due to the main house ran out of units, the issue is not resolved yet. Apparently what should be prepaid is linked to the meter of the main house. If I knew this was the case, I would have never signed the lease. Entry inspection was also rushed by Melisa due to too many clients moving in on the same day. According to me this issue is material breach of contract and still want to charge me penalty fee for early termination. No recommendation from me.

This is the worse rental company ever. They made me hate renting. My exit inspection went great and I was complemented on keeping the apartment in great condition then suddenly I am being charged for things I was living with. Their walls had moisture and looked like they were painted while still wet. I didn't mind that. I'm not a fussy tenant. I lived with those walls exactly like that. Then when they got a tenant who was in construction and told them they needed to paint the walls properly they come and charge me for that. I wish your company collapses for the horrible treatment you have given me.

This is the worse rental company ever. They made me hate renting. RCM Letting has some properties listed that are not listed with any other real estate company. As instructed I sent an email and then later a whatsapp enquiring about viewing a few of these properties, for 9 days there was no response to my email or whatsapp. I called the number I first whatsapp, Zola Buthelezi, the phone was answered in a very unprofessional way ,she asked me to send her a whatsapp to her number, which I did for the second time. Zola said that she will check with ‘Nick’ and get back to me. Zola never got back to me so I called RCM Letting asking for someone else who can help me as Zola is not being helpful at all, RCM Letting provided me with Nicholas Buthelezi’s phone number. I tried calling and later sent a whatsapp regarding the propery that I would like to review, it has been a few says with no response from Nick.

RCM Letting has some properties listed that are not listed with any other real estate company. The way the above-mentioned company is dealing with black people's applications is very bad, I did my application on the 13 of March with RCM only to be declined because they did not do proper home work on the requested document, they declined it on the 28 Of March after I kept on calling and emailing. The comments regarding the application are what showed me that they were just answering just to get me off their attention as I was seeking an answer regarding my application. They are so unprofessional at first, and secondly rude management I don't think I will ever use them again.

It is now 07:28 on Christmas morning and the tenants above us are making such a noise we cannot continue sleeping, we have been awake since 06:15, awakened by screaming and loud music, we have contacted security (Echo-1) twice and still no action has been taken. We have voiced our issues concerning the same tenants numerous times and still nothing has been done about the situation by the agents. The Fernel Park complex is not one I would recommend staying in as the rules that have been put in place are not being adhered to or enforced.

Hello Peter, I need assistance with getting my deposit back from RCM Letting. I have been leasing their property for 14 months. On arrival at the property, it was filthy with ****roaches all over. The place was not painted and cleaned it myself and bought ****roach NuPro Aerosol myself at Chamberlain. Their utility bill usually comes on the 1st of each month and it has never been more than R300 a month. Now on exit they claim that they haven't received and need to withhold R500. On exit they want me to pay for a pan that I didn't find there and shower door that was in a condition I found it in which they never even told me was faulty. The 2 consultants who did inspection with me never told me about the shower door when I moved in and moved out and now they want me to pay for something they never maintained before I moved in. They want me to paint their walls which were never painted in the first place. No one is even bothered to give me a call instead Ronel keeps taking me from pillar to post when I want my money. Please stop these thieves!!!

Place that we rented from then had cracks and lots of problems and was super dirty when we moved in. We did not put anything on the walls now they charge us for full paint on the house. Looking for any reason not to give your deposit back, they even charge you more after you move out, because they do not note all problems in the move in report but do when you move out. Will not recommend them to anyone. Be aware they are very dodgy.
