I feel they are dishonest, trying to collect termination fees, if they asked client to come and renew
Why do they send out renew your contract sms, without explaining that they will charge a early termination fee ? I think it is trickery, to send out sms and then wasting their clients time. Do not send out early sms's Zero eight 3 797 fourth three 44

Adv Stoffel Fourie passed away
I asked the office of the Public Protector to investigate Pretoria Deeds office. For some or other reason, Adv Stoffel Fourie felt, they may/will not investigate. What is very strange, I do not think Advocate Fourie ever worked at the Pretoria Office. I do not know how he could (from outside Pretoria) decide not to investigate the Pretoria Deeds office.

Joop Dekker made a note on the system, nobody may assist me.
Jason Hesse explained that the reason why he can not assist, is that Joop Dekker made a note against my name that nobody in Standard Bank is allowed to assist me. Is it true that Joop Dekker is that powerful in Standard Bank that he can instruct everybody not to investigate Park Village auction *****?

Investigation into Park Village Auctioneers
Good day I explained to Jason Hesse, about auction ***** by Park Village Auctioneers. He was very helpful and said even though it does not fall within his investigation mandate, he would find out who can deal with my allegation of ***** by Park Village. I do trust that we can resolve this, as a matter of urgency?

No mention of organization complaint about on initial letter
The office of the Public Protector intentially changed a complaint from Kaap Vaal Trust to Park Village auctions, just that they could close the file, without reading my emails or complaint. I do trust that other people will also complain about lack of service. Just because it is a free service, does not give them the right to do as they please and open and close complaints, as if complainants are wrong to expect answers, If answers were promised within 10 working days, then theybmust stick to what they promised in their letter.
