Unrelaible , unproffesional and irresponsible...My query is still not resolved, they still continue as usual, horrible customer experience, requested them to refund me after they cancelled my policy after making an arrangement with them, debiting on wrong dates so they can cancel my policy!!!! whats worse is that they dont even follow process, they threw me to some claims department, when I fill in the forms, there are parts that they need to fill oas the company, this shows thatthey have to esclalate my request on my behalf to the claims depart, of which they didnt do... all they did was to sharve me with contacts to claim for myself, I simply asked them to reinstate since it wasnt my fault they debited on wrong dates, they refused and decided to save their employee for generously assisting me with an arrangement...I will not rest until it gets sorted accordingly!!!!!
Very disappointed on them,after changing the debit date to the 1st, they still debited on the previous date , which cost me to pay -+R150.00 for failed debit orders with my bank, i had money in my account on the 02 Jan, they didnt debit, and the next thing i get an sms asying my policy i cancelled... like what the hell?!!!! m not happy at all!!!
I am totally annoyed that showmax was disconnected when I downgraded my package, why should i be charged extra to reconnect whilst i didnt disconnect ? and the company has the audacity to advice that their system automatically disconnected it, why i am i paying for their stupid system?!!! i want my showmax reconnected!!! its not my problem that their system is outdated!!!!
I requested them to cancel and refund all my debit orders since they always say they can’t get hold of my creditors, I sent an email for cancellation and spoke to 2 agents whom one of them decided to ignore me.
I spoke to a consultant regarding debt review, app****, however decided to cancel and withdraw in 3days, as i was allowed to do, the company took forever to escalate the withdrawal, the eventually sent me the 17W form, i submitted it, then she advised, the team to update all systems to withdraw the debt review, even today , m still on debt review and the company doesn't seem to exiist anymore as i cant contact them anymore.
I have been taken from pillar to post with my query, i signed up for debt assistance in January, was assisted by Abbie /Abby whom later sent me documents to sign, i was advised a cancellation period policy of 30 days prior to the debit date to cancel, contacted them on the 23 Feb to cancel as per 30 policy because i could not afford the premium, never got a response and called numerous times with no response as well, sent another whatsapp message with no response, tried again on the 23 March, no response only to find out that i was debited R1500 on the 25th April , AFTER I HAD CANCELLED!!!!!!!!!!! HOW DO YOU DEBIT WITHOUT MY SIGNATURE? i did not sign anything and requested a refund on time ????!!! its not my problem that you chose to ignore my messages on time and never responded , i want that R1500 back with no explanations and hick ups !!!! refund my money back and forth i will restart when i can afford again as per my previous ignored texts
