Treated very badly even today we are still waiting for my brother's funeral payout and what hurts us most is the fact that my brother was buried this past Saturday 24/01/2026 even if we get money it won't be serving it's purpose Capitec must just come clean and tell us that they pay after the funeral
We lodged a claim 7 days ago no payment received
We are just wasting money on this waka TV, the only thing that's happening buffering the whole day and they will tell you that their technicians are working on the problem and nothing will change and now for the past five days I can't watch some of the channels but I pay every month 😭😭
Three or four weeks ago my wife app**** for internet reactivation at our house and she was asked to pay R249 upfront of which she did pay then the following week we received a router from Mweb but there was something missing the ONT box that we used before was not compatible to their router and we made them aware of that and they promised to send us the ONT box and the cable that will fit onto their router and all of a sudden we received a notification that we owe them R1700 when asked what is the money for they said the line is active but we still don't have internet and we had to resort to rain for internet and what we don't like about Mweb is that we struggle to get hold of the so now the only thing that they can do for us is to send us the ONT box or they release the circuit so that another service provider help us (Please help us sort out these ******).Ref 8208270785083
I had an internet with home connect and I had to cancel it because of poor internet and I moved to another service provider Webafrica (ISP) and now Webafrica cannot reactivate the line because Home Connect did not release the circuit when I called them they said the line was released on the 1st of December even Zoom fibre told me that my previous ISP is still holding the line I'm so frustrated and I don't know what to do because it's almost two months now without internet can you please intervene l can't do anything
Everything went smoothly and I'm happy with that
About three weeks ago I app**** for internet with Webafrica, three days after applying they delivered a router because I had already paid a fee and even nothing has happened even if I call them they will refer me from one department to another today is the 2nd of January 2025 and I'm counting 33 days without internet and as business man I'm struggling without internet
Still waiting for the approval of the claim for my car's gearbox, it's more than a month now they trying to find loopholes so that they can reject the claim and so far they failed and on the the 20th of this month my brother in law is getting married and we must attend the wedding and I don't have another car
On the 4th of July I topped up with two vouchers each worth R100 (R200) while I was betting on aviator suddenly a message popped up saying that I'm in a cooling period Which will end up the following day at 16:47 and I tried several times to login and it kept on showing a key 🗝️ as proof that my account is being locked and by then I had R223 on my account, then came the following day my account was unlocked 🔓 and to my suprise I had only 25 cents left on my account and to me this clearly shows there's an inside job, Betway employees are *****ing our funds from our accounts and I won't rest until I get my money back
I called home connect last year in June and I wanted to cancel my subscription/ contract with them, then the consultant told me that my contract is about to expire in two months time which was August and I must wait until then even today nothing has happened last week I called them again they sent me the cancellation forms but they said it will be cancelled in march and I didn't fill those forms because they seems to be playing games with me, and there's a promotion running until 31st of January from another company please help
