Bad Service
May I please get feedback on my last email to you guys which was in December I called and was told it escalated. Sadly, we have to write on hello Peter to get attention from Sizwe. This is one of the reasons why I'm canceling with you guys.

African Bank needs to improve
African Bank offers some excellent saving plans, but when it comes to everyday banking, they fall short in a few key areas. Firstly, African Bank does not support Apple Pay. In an era where digital wallets are becoming the norm, this omission is quite glaring. Many customers rely on the convenience and security of Apple Pay for their daily transactions, and the lack of support for this feature puts African Bank behind its competitors. Secondly, the process of loading the app on a new device is cumbersome and inconvenient. Unlike other banks where you can simply download the app and log in, African Bank requires you to visit a branch to complete this process. This is highly impractical and time-consuming, especially for customers who may not have easy access to a branch. While the savings plans offered by African Bank are commendable, the bank falls short for everyday use. The inconvenience of not supporting Apple Pay and the hassle of reloading the app on a new device make it less appealing for daily banking needs. If you're looking for a bank primarily for savings, African Bank could be a good choice. However, for everyday transactions and ease of use, you might want to consider other options.

I can confidently say that this gym has consistently provided an outstanding fitness experience over the years. The commitment to excellence and continuous improvement is evident in every aspect of the facility. Planet Fitness ( Morningside) staff are amiable, professional, and always ready to help. Their dedication to creating a welcoming environment makes every visit enjoyable. The gym itself is always clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of modern equipment that caters to all types of workouts. Whether I'm lifting weights, using cardio machines, or participating in group classes, I always find the equipment in excellent condition. Speaking of group classes, the variety and quality of classes offered at are exceptional. From high-energy spinning sessions to calming yoga, there's something for everyone, and the instructors are skilled and engaging. My fave has to be the 6 am one on Tuesday and Thursday. Overall, Planet Fitness has consistently exceeded my expectations, providing a fantastic environment to pursue my fitness goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a place that values its members and strives for excellence in all areas.

My husband (universy) and I recently rented a car from SANI Car Rental, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth and hassle-free. The booking process was straightforward, and agent who assisted us was very friendly. Upon arrival, the staff was incredibly friendly and professional. They had my vehicle ready to go, and the check-in process was quick. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It performed flawlessly throughout my rental period. Returning the car was just as easy, with clear instructions and efficient service. highly disappointing experience
I had a highly disappointing experience with Woodford Car Hire. Despite making a reservation in advance, the company refused to accept my wife's credit card at the last minute, but we made the payment online using the same card, causing significant inconvenience and frustration. This policy was not clearly communicated during the booking process, leaving us in a difficult situation. To make matters worse, the company did not refund me immediately, further compounding the frustration. The lack of transparency and poor customer service have left a very negative impression. I would not recommend Woodford Car Hire to anyone looking for a reliable and customer-friendly car rental service.

Useless service
Definitely a ZERO. I app**** for my Mertinanity benefit and it's been more than 7 months and I have not been paid. I call every month and all they tell me is that they are waiting for feedback. Really feedback for more than 7 months.
