Government issued me with glass to collect at Specsaver
I just came from Roodepoort Goldman branch assisted by Amber and her whole team to get my son glasses paid for by government. I was turned away because I don't have the money to compress the government paid glasses for my son. I was told to R3000+ because the system won't allow them to issue these glasses without compressing. Can we get glasses elsewhere?

I bought a ****** vehicle and now they taking forever to refund me
I am so disappointed by the staff and how they handle customers. I bought a car and had to fix it and sold it to someone else. My client went to change of ownership and was told the car was reported ******. Upon my investigation I found out that boyfriend sold the car to SMD without the girlfriend who is the owner. So that means SMD can buy a car as long as you have the car papers and owner's ID no need for Power of Attorney or video allowing third part to sell. Police impounded the car and later delivered to the rightful owner now I owe my client money SMD doesnt want to approve my refund but keeps on blaming each other and top management about who must approve. Ive sent emails and made calls amounting to R80 per call. I dont know what you guys tell your staff about customer service but its going to kill the company very soon if you dont do anything especially those who are benefiting direct with salaries must start to act now. Ive spoke to Katlego Nchabeleng, Fumani Shiburi, Cecil Tefo and Annemarie Oosthuizen. Please can the top manager take over the customer service department if you think SMD cant die ask NOKIA. I just need my money so I can refund my client after I will never ever buy a car there.

Get new stuff there otherwise you are ****ing off each n everyone buying. I can even tell now that you don't care everyone complained but you don't even respond.
