I bought a dress on the 28th Feb at the Hub greenstone. My daughter to wore a the dress to a wedding and the strap broke. Later on in the evening the second strap broke. I took the dress back to the hub the very next day to get a refund. They refused saying the dress is damaged. Of course its damaged cause what am I here otherwise. Anyways, the staff didnt help at all and imp**** its my duaghters fault. Don't waste ur money here. Rather go to ackermans or pkp clothing. Least they have some resemblance of customer service. Will never shop there
Ive been a loyal customer for approx 5 years on their top tier package. 95% of the time there hasn't been any issues but recently but recently, over the past month, my Internet has been terrible. Ive logged a complaint through thier app countless times but the Ai bot just goes through the same process (useless and just a waste of time). When getting a real person its sounds like cheap out sourced labour from india with the same limited capabilities as the ai bot. It is disgusting that no one has tried to give me real help when for the past 5 years they happily take my money. Its been a month, lol.
Good day all. Just wanted to fill you in on my experience I recently had with MTN which I've had continuous contracts with them for the past 12years+. My Phone broke over the weekend and I was in desperate need of a replacement. I had my eye on the S23 FE which is perfect for my needs. I went to MTN Stoneridge and app**** to get the device with no minutes or airtime (just the device) as I have an existing minute and data contract with them. The cheapest deal they had was R649 per month which I accepted. They didn't have in stock and Id have to wait till the next day. I went home and did my research on the S23 fe and found Takealot and many more other resellers was sell them for R10999. Over a 36 month period I would of paid MTN R23364 which sounded outrageous. I did some more research and found MTN website has the same exact phone with 200min and 2gb data for R499 over 36months. This seemed to be a way better deal that what I offered IN STORE. I returned to the store this morning and Tsidi told me that deal is impossible. I told her that Id rather just get in online seeing that she was powerless to honour what MTN shows online. I thought that She would at least try do something about the discrepancy but nope. And just so we all on the same page the MTN website says nothing about online exclusive deal or phone trade in needed. Ive just app**** online, just waiting for an agent to contact me now. Just thought I'd bring this to attention as I feel like I almost got taken advantage over and how many other of their customers took contract in store when obviously online offers better deals. It just doesn't make any sense. You would think going into the store, you'd be getting the best available deals they have to offer. I find this very underhanded and ********* as there are lots of people that don't by online.
Once again, I'm here to try get my internet provider, Rain, to resolve my recently slow speeds (about a week) and get the speeds I'm paying for. I've logged 2 calls off their app and no one bothered to contact me. You'll get a message saying tickets have been logged but that's as far as that gets you. I've called them and calls mysteriously go dead. Ironic, they are a communication company, lol... The time that i did get through a full phone call with one of the agents, they helped with nothing. Most i got from that was yet another message saying it will escalated. 24hours later and here i am watching Netflix off my cell data. Its just so frustrating. Imagine if my payments every month was slow or short, do you think they will keep me as a customer? If someone at rain could legitimately help, that would preferred
Hi all. Just want to voice my frustrations about my experience at builders. I bought a Ryobi rotary hammer drill on the 5th of September and it broke the very first day of use. I returned it to builders in edenvale on the 9th. They said it would have to repair by Ryobi. After 2 calls, 2 trips and a month later (2 Oct)without any eta on when the repair would be done. As u can imagine I lost my ****. Sharon called Ryobi and said builders should refund me. All this frustration could of been avoided if there was communication between the store and Ryobi buy I was the one pushing for a speedier resolve.
I've been with Rain for almost 3 years and during that time I was on the premium package R999. I had to downgrade to the medium package 5/6 months ago as it was only me using the internet. I then received a promo deal from Rain saying that I'd receive the premium package for R849. I opted back into the premium because it wasn't far off from what i was paying for the R699 package. For the past 5 months R999 has been debited off my account every month. I've called them numerous times for them to correct this and I've had to deal with the rudest, unknowledgeable and down right despicable attitudes from their call center agents. I cant even believe these people are Rain representatives. One call center agent even went as far as taking a personal call whilst she was busy with me and then after she was done she terminated the call. Another call center agent said It was a scam and that deal doesn't exist even though I sent the a screenshot of the promo deal taken from their very own dashboard. You can not get any clearer evidence than a screenshot. It was 100% a Rain promo deal and not a scam. I'm highly disappointed in the service I've received from Rain. Rain is a great internet provider as long as you don't have any issues and need to call their call center. Incompetence staff has caused me to have a complete different opinion about Rain. Before all this I raved about Rain and got a few family and friends to sign up with them. I really hope your automated system looks after them cause your staff sure as hell wont. All this back a forth emailing and calls and still my issue isn't even close to being resolved
