I've been emailing Capitec Bank to send me my salary schedule so that I can apply for my UIF, now labour rejected my claim as they've been waiting for the documents to be submitted and I couldn't just submit one document. When I 1st enquired, I was given a case number and advised that they've sent the matter to payroll department but until today I haven't got any help. I've sent countless emails and no one is responding to them.
Tuesday, the 27th I went to Beras Motor Spares in Alberton to look for Cylinder head for Renault Clio 4, the guy who was assisting me checked the system and confirmed that they don't have it but they'll order it and it will be available in 3 days. He asked me to take a seat while he's waiting for a price confirmation. I sat for almost an hour until I went back to him and asked for feedback. He took my number and promised to call me later that day or the following day as their supplier is taking forever to respond. I waited and waited but I haven't received the call. Calling them is actually pointless because they never pick up. I'm so disappointed in their service as if it's not bad that you stand on line for hours before you can reach their counter to enquire
Today is the 25th of June, it's a month and 5 days since I've bought a car from this good for nothing company. When I initially complained about the same problems I'm still having on the 23rd of May my review was removed immediately. I went to this company when their Manager Tariq **** and said I must come for the hooter and my windows to be fixed only for him to lie in my face and said he said I will hear from him when they've made a booking. The annoying part is the fact that Braedon the sales man who sold me the car confirmed that I can come but when I was there it was a completely different story. Oh, can I tell you about the lies of getting a petrol when I'm fetching my car papers as it was part of the package but I was informed that I will only get it when the car is officially mine. Tariq asked me to go back and contact him on Thursday of the following week, shame. I regret the day I contacted that pathological ****, he responded with a voice note claiming how my car was bought 6 months ago and they've asked me numerous times to bring it and I failed to do so, mind you the car was bought 3 weeks ago when he said all these things on a voice note. I still have his voice note although he deleted and blocked me afterward. I immediately forwarded it to my husband and my mom. I'm not going to rest until my car is fixed. Braedon and Tariq are ****s, the whole company is rotten to the core but Hello Peter just re delete reviews without the matter being fixed. Please stay away from Southgate Wheels if you know what's good for you. I have a car that I can't hoot if I want to hoot I can't open windows and one light is not work.
Friday I bought a car at this car dealership, Saturday I noticed that I doesn't have a bees sound and dim lights are not working, in fact it's a struggle to put some lights on. Yesterday I was on my way to work when I noticed that the car is losing power. I carried on to drive it until it embarrassed me in a traffic and switched itself off and said something about Level up oil only to find out the battery they've given me is very small, old and not powerful so it's failing the car. I've alerted Braedon once again and he came with the same lame excuse of waiting for his boss. Whenever I complain about the car he's waiting for his boss who's not at work. I'm really not happy with how they're handling this matter, imagine as a woman getting stuck in this dangerous country that's not safe for women. Now I'm taking taxis again because of their ***********. I'm not going to let this matter slide, if they ain't doing anything to sort it out I'm going to expose them so that people don't even consider them in future. I'm taking this to TikTok, I will make sure they are known for who they really are.
My camera was stolen on the 5th or let me say I found out on the 5th of this month that I am no longer having my camera, after conducting my own investigation. I found out that my camera was actually pawned for R3000 at Cash Crusaders Randfontein on the 2nd of this month. So I went to them yesterday and told them that they are having my camera and why they never asked for the person who pawned it to produce something to show he is the owner. Brian told me its not their job to do that and there's nothing they can do, if i was i can open the case and by the time it get to court the camera would be gone as it will take months to years to conclude the case. I then rushed to the police station to open the case and I was escorted to the shop to fetch the camera as they believed that it was their responsibility to ensure that the guy who brought the camera there was the owner. The store manager promised to hand over the camera today to me when we are at the police station after the both of us has opened the case. Well that didn't happen as they brought a white police to insult me and tell that its not the shop's fault that I didn't keep my camera safe and now I am wasting police's time. They refused with my camera and went back to the store without opening the case as we both agreed and hand over my camera. I have proof that the camera is mine, those guys didn't want to know that or even to see it. I guess that's how these people are making money buy pawning and buying stolen goods. They should be ashamed of themselves; robbing people of their hard earned money.
