Debonairs Hatfield: Good day Our order was place 20:47 We received a message saying delivered 20:47 Called 22:16 they informed order is out Called in 22:39 they informed us 5 min It is now 23:06 Still no delivery or any call with updates This is really unacceptable and the lady that answered each time when calling is very unprofessional and unhelpful. I have never had such bad service anywhere before

Telkom customer service is bad

I have been trying to upgrade since 27 July first it was telephonic that didn't work out had to do it twice after being told there is stock i had to follow up a week later just to hear my order was canceled and nobody informed me then I did it online same story i then called to speak to a manager 22/08 he was busy and will call me back still no call back then I called in today same story he is busy now this was at about 10am he will call me today still no call back and no order nobody informing me of anything when I called in they escalated my order as there is stock to be processed urgently today they tell me it's canceled and yet I am waiting for a managers call back. I cannot believ the poor service I am receiving I pay my accounts every month without a issue but when it comes to customer service I don't get the same attitude
