Almost every Sunday we visit the Chatsworth Branch for a mutton breyani or their famous mutton bunnies. Today we ordered a mutton breyani and it was served with a ****roach. I am absolutely disgusted, the manager did not utter a single word just took the plate to the back. I would not recommend anyone going to that place.
I have purchased a new vehicle and requested car track to cancel the tracker on my old vehicle has the new vehicle had come with a tracking device. Car track however advised that they are unable to cancel my tracker because the contract only ends in April 2023. They gave me the option to either move the unit for R800 something or cancel the contract for an additional cost of about R1500. I asked them to therefore move the unit to my new vehicle. They had given me a date that the tracker will be moved from the old vehicle to the new vehicle, and advised that if we miss the appointment we will be charged a penalty of R600. On the day they were suppose to install the unit in the new vehicle the technician Logandren Pillay called at Half 3 in the evening to reschedule for the next day. The next morning after losing another day of work The technician advised that he cannot come through due to him being over booked for the day. After speaking to multiple agents from Cartrack and the technician Logandran Pillay no one was able to assist me. They kept transferring me from one department to another for almost 2 hours of being on the call with them, due to the *********** staff employed by car track, I opted to cancel our service and was then advised that the cancelled service will only be scheduled at the end of the month 01/09/23 however we have to make a cancellation payment of R1442.32 tomorrow 05/08/23. Cartrack device is not even on my new car. its a breach of service from their end. Charging me for a unit that's not even on my car. I can only imagine what service I would have received if my car was actually ******. This company does not deliver on the promises. Pathetic service
The purchase of the Infinity 3 Piece 3 Action Lounge Suite Recliners from Bradlows, was the worse experience ever. Will never purchase this brand again. Poor quality Lounge set, Item was delivered with several defects, its been a year and I am still awaiting the SECOND exchange of the lounge set. Customer services is pathetic, I wound not recommend anyone purchasing this brand.
