Gommagomma is not producing good quality products anymore. We bought a lounge suite in June 2023 there is one couch that started cracking and peeling. With we paid a lot of money for. We contacted the agent where we bought the suite from, they informed us that it is out of warranty. We tried to contact Gommagomma but to no avail. This is very bad service and the quality of their products is not good.

Gomma gomma is not what it used to be i bought a recliner 3 piece lounge suite last year september this now this year in june the the recliners have terible sounds the other one looks like its bend long couche feels like its falling in when u are sitting.. terrible quality dont go for gomma gomma

The rating is not even worth a 1 Star - I always thought that GommaGomma is this Top Brand to my DISSAPIONTMENT the quality it Very Bad. The Service is PATHETIC you don't get Responses from. gommagomma@odity.co.za, thirsnyg@bravobrands.com, sayurip@bravobrands.com, noisphong@bravobrands.com, nomaqinisok@bravobrands.com and baywest@ufo-stores.com where the 3 seater was bought the store communicate until December thereafter nothing. For the POOR QUALITY it's a *******, OVERPRICE This is the Kind of Service you provide NO INTEGRITY, TAKE NO ACCOUNTIBILTY,NO RESPONSIBILITY, PATHETIC PATHETIC, PATHETIC. Yesterday the 02/02/2025 marked 3months we not interested in your POOR QUALITY of products. BASE ON THE RIGHTS OF THE COMSUMER PROTECTION ACT. WE REQUESTING A REFUND. This couch is STILL in the store Do you call this SERVICE? GOMMAGOMMA can buy it and place it, in there houses WE not interested if you as GommaGomma buy this *******, our money is not here to buy *******. Payment confirmation to be received by 07 February 2025. 87 days with no couch, this was reported in October collection was on 02 November 2024. The LOOSE material was reported, But this occurred during the repair of material • Wood Pieces found scratched and dented, • Work done on backrest repair is poor quality • Hooked material at bottom of couch. • Hooked material on armrest. BASE ON THE RIGHTS OF THE COMSUMER PROTECTION ACT. WE REQUESTING A REFUND. Not recommending GommaGomma

I have purchased a 3 set Gomma Gomma lounge set in April 2021 and I have had endless concerns from the moment the amount was paid. Firstly, the sales rep told us the couches are in stock and will be delivered in 2-3 days, it thereafter went on for a week by them letting us know that there is no stock in Durban. After complaining about it, the couch arrived the next day. Secondly, when the couch arrived there was a display board stuck inside the single seater couch that we had found, this proved that they did not give us a new couch but rather the one on demo and please bare in mind this was during Covid at its peak. Thirdly, with 10 months of usage, there was significant damages to the cushions and backrests which house and home decided to exchange for another one. After receiving the exchanged unit in March 2022, within 11 months the replacement couches are now giving up and House and Home refuses to acknowledge the poor workmanship and dissatisfaction from us as customers. The current 3 seater is breaking apart and single seater still has issues with the cushions and backrest. I just received a call that nothing can be done because the warranty was only 1 year. As a customer of House and Home, it is impossible to be replacing a set of couches every year, and the reason we went to a big name and was told how “great” Gomma Gomma is, we really did not expect to receive this poor quality and overall terrible experience from the first set and now the second only to find out that we have to pay to get their poor workmanship fixed.

Awesome service received by Thirsny Govender, Quality and Customer Services manager. My issue was resolved in a very efficient and speedy manner once it was escalated to her. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Bought a couch from house and home end of Jan 2023 not even a week went past and the couches were creeking. They collected the couches and I sit with an empty lounge and wait for gomma gomma and house and home to fix this mess I'm am beyond angry and cannot get an answer as they keep blaming one another as to why I have not recieved couches

Bought a couch from house and home end of Jan 2023 not even a week went past and the couches were creeking. I am so appalled at the service that I have received from Homechoice . I bought a Gomma Gomma Couch from them in August and within a few weeks , their Ottoman was already broken. Part of the couch itself doesn't even have foam and you can actually feel the wood on the Armrests . The Ottoman was collected in September and even today , I haven't heard anything about it . Last time I spoke to them they said they will check on their floor for the same couch and replace it , but its been 3 weeks and I am still waiting. Every time I follow up, they say we escalating, but nothing ever happens. Do yourselves a favor and never buy furniture from Home choice

The purchase of the Infinity 3 Piece 3 Action Lounge Suite Recliners from Bradlows, was the worse experience ever. Will never purchase this brand again. Poor quality Lounge set, Item was delivered with several defects, its been a year and I am still awaiting the SECOND exchange of the lounge set. Customer services is pathetic, I wound not recommend anyone purchasing this brand.
