Poor service
Again we have problems with dstv now they refuse to help us because they says my husband works for multichoice which we dont even know when did he start working for multichoice, they debited the money but out decoder is locked

Terrible quality
Gomma gomma is not what it used to be i bought a recliner 3 piece lounge suite last year september this now this year in june the the recliners have terible sounds the other one looks like its bend long couche feels like its falling in when u are sitting.. terrible quality dont go for gomma gomma

If i could rate then 0 stars i would. Never buy anything from clothing juction stores in the vaal especially the store at sebokeng plaza they to want you to exchange or refund an item the lady there first said to me i am taking away their sales then she said the manager said they have to smell the item whn you return it which i find unacceptable they make excuses about the item being worn and washed an item that was bought 5 days prior to the return and the store managers talk about clients on watsapps when you leave the shop they send each other messages on watsapp as if you are a ******** for an item that cost 180 such drama of having to smell items when returning the ladies there a super rude buy at your own risk just know if you buy you cant return even if it has a price tag and was just bought a few days ago. They use cheap material and blame it on us worst service ever

Job well done shoprite thabong
I would like to give thanks to the two ladies that assisted me at shoprite in thabong shoping centre i cant remember their names it was a cashier and a till packer i was short and sent my son to the car to fetch more money as we were waiting for him to come back they searched their purses and payed the remaining balance and didnt even want me to pay them pay… thank you to them may they keep operating with smiles like they did not once were they even angry that i had to go look for more money big up to them

Loud and disruptive employees
I have never been i a bank that is so noisy and so messy like this one capitec thabong mall was the worst shame we were made to stand in ques while the staff is busy chatting to one another running around the bank like its a circus scream and making noise as if its a creche. They keep standing up just to go and talk to eachother and make noise yho i will never visit this branch ever shame no service just making noise

Horrible service
If i could give them zero star i would the amount of incompitance is horrific, i bought a lounge suite cash firstly they advertise free delivery which is a lie secondly they delivered a week later and the lounge suites had issues they sent it back and said they will come on saturday instead of coming on saturday they send a message on friday saying my order was delivered i dont know which order because i have nothing from them. When i call the customer service they say the system is slow and they will get back to you till now nothing. I regret making a purchase there as it is now im sitting on the floor waiting for my lounge suite and no one can tell me when im getting it

If i could give them zero stars i would, their debit orders are inconsistant and they dont even consult with you or send you a message when they are going to debit before time im so disapointed in their service then they want you ro commit to a date when you not even sure you will have money

Poor service
Poor service i have recived from mtn yho its really disappointing that such a big company can advertise something on their catalogue but when you call to buy it its none existent their call centre is disorganized and the consultants are very rude they transfer you to different departments all day and still no help. The last consaltant that i spoke to zandile was so rude and she even sounded like she was sleeping
