I placed an order for KFC via Uber Eats today; however, the food was delivered to an incorrect address. Despite this, I’ve been informed that the order is marked as delivered and that no refund will be issued. The delivery driver claims they left the order at "the gate." This is unclear, as I work in an office park with multiple access points, and our security team has confirmed that no delivery was received. I kindly request that this matter be investigated and that a full refund be processed as soon as possible.
I’m writing this to highlight the poor service received from Lewis from Katale square in marapyane. We bought a Defy fridge in October 2024 and within two months we had experienced multiple issues with the fridge which we report on 4th of January. Fortunately they sent their local team the next date to come inspect the fridge. Their findings were that the fridge is extremely faulty and they will report it to Defy and suggested that it gets replaced - not fixed. The freezer at the bottom was malfunctioning forming excess freezing and the shelves not to open, the rubber door was loose;the top part of the fridge was also inconsistent and also freezing in the inside. We agreed with the team that the fridge must be replaced instead of being fixed. On the 09/01/2025 a team was sent to try fix the fridge. We raised our concerns with the local store manager at Lewis but received a lot of backlash, she was unprofessional, very dismissive and extremely rude. She then suggested that if we are not happy we must reach out to the head office with a very condescending tone and attitude.
Wrong Product Sold and now they don’t want to refund us or exchange. I went to Autozone in Mayibuye and was assisted by Kabelo who sold us the wrong part and now he doesn’t want to take it back. R700.00 down the drain for someone who is ***********!!!!!

I bought a 2 litre pnp brand fresh milk in the 4th of May at Blue Hills with the expiry date of the 17th of May , however today I tried to use it and found that it’s off. Why and How ??!!
The fibre network has been off since early this morning and no communication was sent yet again. We rely on your network to work and it’s annoying to not have a service we paying for.
Vodacom”s incompetence is annoying. Firstly I was mislead into migrating my package, that was cancelled and I was told that all charges will be reversed. However today I get a call to say my account is in arrears !!! Arrears for what?!!I want my account and the credit bureau to be updated immediately.
I logged a complaint on Friday about the false information given for Migration and being mislead by a Vodacom Employee just for them to get a sale . It’s been days now since the complaint was logged and I haven’t received any feedback on this matter.
A few weeks ago I received a call from a Vodacom employee offering me a migration on my current package . I asked him time and time again if this meant that I would be paying anything extra and he said NO and today I check my invoice and it has increased to R799.00 . I am not stupid to be migrating to higher packages in this economy and the fact that he **** to me ****es me off even more. How dare he !!!! I want that stupid migration to be cancelled today and put me back to my previous package now!!!!!!
