So irritated with this company every time you order something delivery always gets delayed or they let you wait an entire day and then say u were not at home. Meantime they don't even pitch. It's very frustrating very inconsiderate
Terrible service after purchasing online, they set a delivery date and don't pitch and try to blame you. You call and they tell you it's with the courier wait for them to call you and they don't. Complain and they log a query and still you don't hear anything back. That 2-5 working days delivery period is a lie
Put in a claim for spoiled goods after not having electricity for 5 days due to terrible wind. Consultant Izak van niekerk has been so laid back I've got to email numerous times a day to get an update and when I email then he suddenly needs something from me. I am ****ed off now this is ridiculous. This guy will drive me to cancel my insurance with fsp because he can't do his job. This is the first consultant I have a problem with.
Bought a couch from house and home end of Jan 2023 not even a week went past and the couches were creeking. They collected the couches and I sit with an empty lounge and wait for gomma gomma and house and home to fix this mess I'm am beyond angry and cannot get an answer as they keep blaming one another as to why I have not recieved couches
Bought couches cash end of January, a week later noticed they all creeking. Informed the store and they told me they have to collect the couches and assess them. They collected them 2 days ago and promised I will have couches by the weekend. Sad to say I doubt that I will. It's the third day and still the couches haven't been assessed. They don't make sure that the couches are transported correctly. Yet the delivery prices are sky high. I'm so fed up with house and home hemmingways.
Worst customer service ever, from the first service till now I keep having to fight with them. Very unfriendly staff and some are even arrogant. Lay a complaint and they never get back to you. Vehicle is still under warranty took it back because shocks seem to be making a noise a two weeks later still no feed back on whether the shocks have arrived or not. They give you the run around. So sick of this service.
I applied online in June and the application was completed by an assessor in July, to date I have not recieved any payment and I have been calling and get told that there is no turn around time, how can an application take so long to be approved. I have been patient enough and my patience are running out now.
Never have network in our area have to call Telkom every week without fail to sort the issue out and today I'm following up on a call made last week and told it will be resolved on Friday. How am I supposed to stay without WiFi for an entire week and then be expected to pay full price. U promise to call back and never do. I am sick and tired of this issue so I might aswell move to another provider
I ordered stuff for R11000 on the 29th of April and paid on the same day. I am supposed to receive my stuff ok n the 13 May, I get a email to say my stuff is delayed and I will receive on the 16th, I sent an email today to find out why my stuff is not shipped and I am told i will receive on the 20th. What the heck is actually the problem with them I am so frustrated because I needed to stuff urgently and they keep delaying and I am losing money in the process.
Paying 899 for a 6 Meg line when they advertise that prices are 699 asked them when this price change was made and a lady told me in June. Asked why we were not informed and if we will get a refund for the months that we over paid and was told no. If we did not go onto the website we would be paying 899 till who knows when. I feel robbed and we never ever recieved a notification.
