I think you guys must just cancel that plan of router because you guys a falling to fix the problem of location i have payed but yet i receive sms from you guys saying that my sim card have been locked out because is not used to the registered location,i communicated with your agents still they are falling to fix the location problem i gave them my location so many times but still problem not solved so i am pleading with you guys cancel that data plan because i won't pay for something that i cant use but payed for it is like you guys are robbing me
I just want to know why do you guys debit my account on the 16/12/2025 because today is not even my pay day 25/12/2025 as much as i remember we agreed on each of every 25 of the month the debit must go off now you guys jus creating unnecessary fees on my account stop what you are doing i have never skipped my payment with you guys now you are starting something that annoys me.

What you capitec doing to me is not right i think 3days back i had an agreement with one of capitec consultant from credit rehabilitation about settling my loan and i will get a discount which is what i did ,i paid R1318.06 cause my loan remaining balance was R1882,94 and i got this count of the money i have already mentioned now i don't understand why capitec send email telling me that i have R565 overdue i have settled my account
