A FAMILY MEMEBER WAS ADMITTED INTO LADYSMITH PROV HOSP IN DEC 2025, HE UNFORTUNATELY PASSED AWAY DUE TO THE NURSES NOT SEEING TO HIS NEEDS. HE WAS ADMITTED FOR HEART & KIDNEY FAILURE, BUT NO IVI OR MEALS OR WATER WAS GIVEN TO THE PATIENT FROM NIGHT OF 11/12/25. WE FOUND HIM SITTING ON THE STEEL STEP BY HIS BED, BED & CLOTHES WAS MESSED & NO MONITORS OR ANYTHING WAS ON HIM. NO MEDICATION EITHER. THEY PHONED & TOLD US HE HAD PASSED AWAY & AT THAT TIME WE WERE ALREADY AT THE HOSPITAL WAITING TO ENTER, IT TOOK ME 5MINS TO RUN TO THE WARD WHICH WAS ON THE OTHER END OF THE HOSPITAL ONLY TO COME SEE THAT HE WAS ALREADY MOVED TO ANOTHE ROOM WITH ALL HIS BELONGINGS. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND HOW ITS POSSIBLE THAT A PATIENT CAN BE MOVED WITH HIS BELONGINGS TO ANOTHER ROOM WITHIN 10MINS? ACCORDING TO THEM HE PASSED ON AT 17-45, WE WERE AT THE WARD AT 17H55....ACCORDING TO WHAT THE NURSE SAID, THEY DID TRY TO RESUS HIM, HOW WHEN WITHIN 10MINS HE WAS GONE N MOVED? THIS WAS PURE NEGLIGENCE FROM THE NURSING STAFF SINCE THEY DID NOT CARE KNOWING THE PATIENT WAS NOT GOING TO MAKE IT. I AM DISUSTED BY THE TREATMENT RECEIVED FROM GOVERNMENT NURSING STAFF & THIS SHOULD BE ADDRESSED AS MANY PEOPLE FACE THIS ON A DAILY BUT OUR HEALTH DEPARTMENT ALSO SEEM NOT TO CARE
i placed my order sometime in July, took them 8 days to deliver & also it came in drips & drabs. 3 payments were taken from my bank account & i had to request for a refund. i am now waiting 2 months for that, i've been contacting customer care since then & everytime its a new excuse or some bs. they are now requesting for a copy of my id so that they can do the refund, the refund was apparently done on 28/07/24 but "something went wrong" & they requested for my proof of payments & bank confirmation after i called again which was emailed to them end of july. the consultants are always "escalating" my calls but but nothing gets done nor do they respond to emails or anything, i will never do any online purchases with them ever again.
