Vodacom added 3 unauthorised recurring bundles onto my account, while they were telephonucally trying to get me to upgrade my contracts with them. Despite numerous calls and emails to Vodacom these costs were not reversed off from my account until the Ombudsman for Financial Services assisted me. The Ombudman got Vodacom to reverse all these unauthorised charges within a few days.
I have tried several times - twice today ALREADY - to change my account email address. Both times after answering all the questions the lady finds a reason why she cannot help and says she must transfer me to another department. I hold for ages and eventually just hang up. I no longer work at the company where my account correspondence is being sent so as a good customer I want to update my email address details and get my statements for payment seems Edgars ladies either no longer want me as a customer or they no longer want me to get my statements so that I can pay them. PATHETIC SERVICE
I would like to thank this company for the wonderful after-sales service that I have received from them. I highly recommend this company.
Such a disappointment!!! Between my daughter and I we bought 5 of these deals after the sales person confirmed that we could use the vouchers at Sportsman's Warehouse. I wanted to buy cricket gear for my grandson. We only got vouchers for 4 of the 5 deals and the vouchers are all for Sports SA and only on World Cup items. I can get Nothing for cricket. Before we bought we also checked the terms and it did not warn me about any such limitations. I queried and was not helped at all. I am really not happy. The pizza I bought were not even my choice only bought them for the implied Sportsmans Warehouse vouchers.
Used the company for the first time and am really happy with the order and the service. I am especially happy with the fridge magnets that I ordered. Thank you.
