Vodacom bad at real service
Vodacom 4 u Ballito Junction worst of service ever. Bought a Lenovo laptop 💻 very slow trying to work with the laptop takes ages to start and work. Apparently online 7 day return you can cancel the contract but in store you can't, tells me I have to pay the contract in full and do another laptop. Only thing I wanted to do was cancel that one and take a better laptop. But no I need to pay the laptop in full. Don't even waste time on calls to vodacom ,you get a different answer than in the store. Like they can't do their jobs correctly. Pathetic service I had enough with laptop brand faulty send it to lenovo to fix still not done another 7 days I have to go without work as my business foundation is on a laptop ,now I need to wait and wait. I'm sorry but bad and very sad service do not get me started on how many times I phoned and spoken to customer service, waste of time.

Super ****ty people stealing people's hard worked money!
Such a disgusting place. They rip off people. I ordered my dresses online called and emailed 📧 this company no answer nothing. Asked for refund then they can all of the sudden email you. No refund Received. Nothing please be careful of this disgusting place.

Disgraceful Staff member
So today in yde went to open a acc, asked to talk to someone lady came out while she was hanging clothes behind her counter a gent was there with her helping another customer. She approached me while I asked I want to activate my acc, she complained in her language as my husband understands her language. Complaining to open my acc. Hunny one thing ur job is to help ok understand that, number 2 put a smile on ur face even though u don't want to but to mumble thinking we don't understand you. You don't deserve your job or a salary working at YDE. Give the job to someone who wants to work. Thank you to the gent & Manager after he came out after everything was sorted he was so super friendly and super helpful and made me feel so welcome. Thank you for that.

I have had no bad experience as yet at steve biko untill Friday. At Despenser 5 a White Lady I believe her name was Jeanetter Du Tiot its on my sticker. I always pick up my meds and always had the sweetest ladies helping me this lady was so rude and for the first time ever made my experience so bad. She was so rude. If you don't want to be nice at your work
