Service was good. Danielle was very helpful and claim was processed efficiently.
Really horrible service. As long as you’re not a tourist, you’re not a priority. The full buffet service is reserved for tourists. Manager (Mbali) does not prioritise customers and is quite rude when met with a query. We try to support black businesses but the service her was appalling.
Very bad experience with Game. I placed an order instore for an appliance , it’s been 6 days an no delivery. I have to run after them. They do not communicate, they do not answer, you have to pester them. Never again. Really terrible service.
Firstly, the network is very bad for their high prices. Secondly, I have not been using their services for about 3 months yet they keep on billing me. This is not a contract so there is no reason I should be billed. I tried to cancel their sim in my account but it’s not allowing me. This is a very bad company, really disappointing.
