Very happy with service. I ordered a new mattress and it arrived two days later. Your delivery gents (Maphumze and Ismael) were super friendly and definitely added to the overall experience. The quality of the mattress is amazing - perfectly firm and really happy with the value for money! Will definitely be purchasing again!

On the 6th of Feb '17 I enquired about Fondant from an online supplier in Pretoria. I was specific about needing the delivery by no later than midday on Friday the 10th. I was told 3 working days, so I placed the order. On Friday morning I checked the courier site for an update, only to discover they had attempted 2 prior deliveries 'unable to locate address' and had left a note to follow up with sender. As I live in a complex and has zero rings atthe gate, I suspected something odd. So I followed up with supplier, who cheekily told me to phone the courier company. So I did and explained that I needed the delivery by lunchtime. Courier informed me the address supplied ons system did not match my address given and agreed to deliver before 12. So I got to baking the four cakes needed for a birthday party. By the time I had completed the baking part of the cakes, I realized it was nearly 2pm. I phoned courier again and was told it would be Monday before I got the parcel. In a panic I tried to call the supplier, who was conveniently not taking calls. Again I phoned the courier (annoyed that the supplier would not even communicate with their service supplier themselves - they are the customer, not me, which makes the situation with courier a little more complicated) after a 28 minute wait on a call to the regional manager, and getting disconnected, I still had no success, I mailed supplier and told them I would not be accepting the delivery and I expected a full refund. I made a plan to get someone to come watch the house as I went hunting for fondant and icing, to salvage the four cakes I had already baked. While out getting the last minute fix, the owner of Sweet Celebrations phoned and assured me the delivery would happen, but as he could not guarantee the delivery and understood my predicament, he offered to refund me the extra purchase I was making in lieue of the delivery. While unneccesary, I appreciated the fact that I was spending a further R229 over and above the R600 already spent with his company. It is now 24 March and no refund has happened. No refund, no response to emails, no answering of phonecalls, no nothing. I did not expect to be offered the refund, but by doing so, he assured himself the fact that I would sign for the goods ordered. I am annoyed that I ended up with the R600's worth of fondant delivered too late for me to utilize it. BAD business practice and just unethical in my opinion. Be careful using this service, if the owner cannot be trusted to honour his word, then its not a brand one should be supporting.

I had read a negative HP review before buying and thought it was just one, so I would risk it, how I regret it now, as there are many more who have been scammed out of their money!

I ordered 2 dresses and a Paw Patrol set on the 27 of October 2016. It is now the 6th of January 2017 and their websites (note PLURAL) are both down, there emails (again PLURAL) are giving a fail permanently error and they've blocked me from commenting on their FB page. I have contacted PayFast to intervene, but have been asked, YET AGAIN, to allow them more time. Their T&C's say between 30-60 days, it has now been 72! My first query was met by surprise that I had not yet received a tracking number, the following 2 basic responses, they were waiting for tracking numbers. This should already have set off red flags last year. But not until the total blackout on getting answers, did I realize that I really had been scammed out of my R523 (which included priority shipping ... what a joke!!!!)

Its Simple - DO NOT BUY from Kiddies Sofas and Stuff (or Kiddies Corner 101 as they now call themselves). They take your money, have a lovely clause that says you cannot get a refund after the initial 48 hours and then run off with your money and dont provide the purchased goods. (Oh and also read the fine print, cause you also agree NOT to write bad review? As if!) I do believe they should be reported to the National Consumer Commission as well!

It has been an utter pleasure dealing with Kate from UIF Services! I used a similar service with my first pregnancy, but was left hunting for an alternative for my second ... It's truly daunting to choose from all the service providers. I was concerned that the offices were in KZN while I am based in GP, but sure enough, within a few weeks of couriering my documents to provider, I received my first payment! Will happily recommend service to all new mommies! It's efficient and well priced! Thanks Kate for the awesome service :)
