Delay in fixing Mazda CX5 by panelbeaters authorised by Miway
My car is insured with miway. Had an accident last year 29 October. The car has been authorized the 2nd week of November. To date I have not yet received my car from miway Panelbeaters. I have not heard anything from Miway and the panelbeaters. Is it because I am black or even a woman. I am paying the car and panelbeaters tell me they are waiting for the parts till today. It's like reaching a year without a car. I lost my job due to lack of car. 😭😭😭😭 I was promised courtesy car from them. I wrote reviews and miway responded by promising to come back from me. If they are failing with the car let them communicate with me but I never had anything from them. This is stressful as now I'm taking a taxi to do locums and I am still paying that car. Who can assist me.

Car insurance not putting pressure on the panelbeaters.
😭😭😭I am a troubled single woman. Had an accident on the 29th October 2021.miway approved the claim and took my car to Thompson panelbeaters 2nd week of November. To date I have not received my car, they keep on postponing the date of collections. I lost my job because I didn't have a car to reach to the site. I am still searching for a job and getting locum to survive. Miway is not saying anything to me. It's only when I call and send emails of my cry. The issues is I have 10 months paying a car that is at the panelbeaters. I don't know what to do. I tried to push them but I'm depressed. Thompson they promised a courtesy car and sitting here I think miway is not pushing pressure unto the panelbeaters. 😰😰😰 I have a fear and what if they are doing wrong things on my Car. If they are failing why are they not communicating and refer to the next panelbeaters.

My car has not been back and I don't get enough details on what is happening..
Since they had my car for panelbeaters from November last year to date. I have not heard anything from them except that they always say they are waiting for parts. I lost my job because I was using the car going to work. I pay the car in month to month but is at panelbeaters.
