Mandated Property Group Sucks
I'm not sure if this company is *****ulent or if it really exists. But apparently they sell houses in Richards Bay but are based in JHB. I've enquired about a property on the site. 1 week later no response. I've whatsapped the agent Philani Dube. No response. I've tried phoned him numerous times. No answer. Eventually 2 weeks later he answers my call and says the property is sold. He was too busy to return my messages or calls

Poor service
Yesterday was the 3rd time I have been to the KFC Richards Bay in 2 weeks. Each time I went there, I have tried to order an oreo crusher for my son. The previous 2 times the machine was broken and yesterday there was no ice cream. This is appalling service. To advertise items and constantly not be able to provide the service. I make special trips to KFC to get the oreo crusher for my son but each time he gets disappointed. If you'll are unable to constantly avail the oreo crusher, rather remove it from the menu so I don't keep disappointing my son and rather go straight to McDonald's

Pathetic Service
Their service is pathetic. I ordered flowers. I also ordered a chocolate arrangement. They delivered the flowers but hot the chocolates. I am so embarrassed as the person who received it was waiting for the chocolates. My point is, if the chocolates were not ready they should have waited until it was and deliver everything together
