Centurion Mall Management why in the world do you guys house tenants like Kitwe Dry Cleaners?? They are downright rude and pathetic to customers. They products don’t work. They say they will send people to help and they don’t. I’ve gotten no feedback from them and my keys still don’t work. What’s going on guys? So many bad reviews about them and they are still there with the horrible racist owner that has no way of speaking to people
OH MY WORD!!! What an amazing experience guys! So Vodacom fibre had come to my complex and I thought let me get fibre coz Rain has been such a problem these days. The lady comes through and says I need to get one month of LTE while I wait for the fibre to installed. She takes my personal details and bank statements and everything only to tell me I can’t apply because I only have a temporary ID at the moment. I think let me try MTN since my cellphone is with them. I get redirected to Supersonic and the site was confusing me so I called them up. I spoke with the most amazing consultant Patience Mkhwente. Patience took me through everything step by step. Even when technology was failing me on my side she helped me. She told me I don’t have to take the LTE or any extra products if I don’t want to. She said I can literally just get the fibre deal I want. She helped me with my application from start to finish and even confirmed when it was finalised. She told me the technicians will be out to install soon. And I’m just in awe of Supersonic. Wow guys. What an easy process, what friendly helpful people working there. She was so patient with me and took the time to answer my questions and even had no issues waiting while I submitted docs and navigated the site with her on the phone. I’m so happy. Let the download speeds prevail!!!! Onto fibre and supersonic would highly recommend!
Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had cutting keys. I told the guy on the first day the keys didn’t look the same. He told me to try and come back. As I knew it didn’t work. Went back a second time. He filed it abit I told him it still doesn’t look the same. The owner, an extremely rude woman grabbed the key out of my hands showed it to the guy doing the key then rudely gave it back to me and said it’s a standard key and if it doesn’t work I must come back. I went back a third time. The guy filed it more and gave me a story about how it’s a different key and they basically did me a favour by cutting it. The key still does not work. That’s three hours of my week, my lunch hours, gone on one simple key that doesn’t want to work. Do not waste your time with these people as clearly customer service isn’t a thing that’s being done there. Where must I get my time and money back? And it’s crazy that all the reviews on every platform for this business are bad.
