Pathetic service, received after ordering online... 1. Don't answer their phones or e-mails, 2. Don't return your calls when you eventually get through. 3. Delivery for in stock item still not received 7 days later. 4. After getting hold of someone suddenly get an invoice stating deliver ETA now 9 days later! How do they stay in business, I'll never purchase here again!
The service at Makro Springfield and online is pathetic to say the least, when you go to collect the order you get told the order was cancelled... Seriously, just drove 45 Min to collect..Then they want to take 7 days to refund me as they do not have the decency to tell you they do not have stock...
