In early 2023 I purchased a property and everything was handled by your agent Gabi Almacin. I have now sold the property again and when having compliance checked, there was an issue with the earth leakage for the geyser. As I have not disconnected the earth leakage for the geyser which means it was not connected when I purchased the property. Gabi has been unhelpful in regards to finding out who issued the certificate of compliance at that time. Due to this situation, I believe those certificates were either *****ulent or issued by someone ***********. in the case of the former, Gabi must be held accountable, in the case of the latter, the issuers should return to fix their mistakes free of charge.
My couch was not ready on the initially promised date and took several inquiries from me over the span of the next 2 weeks to get. The couch then proceeded to tear pretty fast. Upon enquiring about this, they said there was a bad batch from the factory and they will be happy to get it sounded out for me. However arranging anything in that regard has been a nightmare. We had arranged for pickup on the 27th, I was given the ridiculously large window of between 11am and 4pm. Then the weather apparently lead the factory to cancel all collections, fair enough however I was not notified of this until I enquired. When I checked today when a new collection date could be set I was told we could do today. I said that's great but I will need 40 minutes notice. I got a call just now, they're at the gate to my complex and now they can't wait more than 10 minutes. I am at least 30 minutes away. Absolutely useless, can't follow basic requests or keep customers informed
Vodacom promised me a 200/200 line for R899. They then messed up the switch over date, which left my household with multiple people working from home without internet for days. Then when service did finally activate, my own router would not work. I should’ve been asked when signing up if I needed the Vodacom router or had my own. So I was shipped a router I do not need, blocked from using my own router, which is better in every way. That was a hassle to sort out. Eventually I got someone who could help me get set up with mine. Then there are the speed issues. As I said in the first line, I was sold 200/200. Actual speeds are closer to 50/50. When I called about this, they said they see I’m down for a 100/100 and will resolve it. So firstly, they have the incorrect speed listed for me and then I’m still only getting half of that. So a quarter of what I was sold. All attempts to have the speed issues resolved have failed and the ping is outrageous as well. Now when I want to cancel, they first beg for another chance to escalate the issue and then have the nerve to try and charge me early cancellation fees. I have been paying for 4 times the speed I have been receiving, so actually Vodacom should refund me 75% of each payment I have made but I’ll settle for cancellation at no cost. If you need the router back to make that happen, you can send someone to collect it. After sending a mail of effect to support they simple responded at that cancelling a month to month contract within 12 months will have penalties. What then is a the point of month to month. This is disgusting. Giving this company anymore money is simply not an option. I cannot believe that after not fulfilling there contractual obligation, they have the audacity to quote the contract back to me. The only accepted solution here is to waive cancellation penalties Support just insists that because the router, which again I say I did not need nor ask for, has been used so it has to be paid for. There is no way that piece of **** worth R1300
Firstly, it needs to be specified that they are the appointed plumbers by insurance. These useless *****s sent an incompetent child to access damages. The idiot even bragged about just doing assessments and not getting his hands dirty. The promised plumbers never arrived and the report was riddled with deliberate lies, therefore the insurance won't pay out. The staff member in question should be tried for fraud but I'll settle for him being fired. This has been going on for a year already
