Worst customer experience ever
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, I regret cancelling my previous service provider for them. I had connection problems in the first week and reported to the automated WhatsApp chat that only responds after an hour and 30 minutes. Even now my wifi is down and nobody can help me! Pathetic service! I am ready to take your stupid router apart and for you guys to come and collect!

Worse service and staff! NO GO Store!
I am beyond livid! I received my bed and headboard with 2 pedestals on Sunday from sleepmasters promenade mall. There were no hooks to tighten the headboard and the driver says he would come around later with the hooks and tighten the headboard. The supported the headboard with the mattress when he left. I hadn’t slept on it because I fear that the headboard might fall on our heads . The driver didn’t come back and no communication was made with me. I took Monday off work and called the store at 10:00 informing asking if he’s to please bring the hooks. I was told the hooks would be delivered at 16:30 and still no driver arrived. I went to work today and was told to phone a neighbour to receive the hooks . I asked my neighbours to keep an eye out for them and still no hooks! No call no message from sleep masters. I am going home now from work and still won’t be able to sleep in my bed . I am sick to my stomach with your service 😭. I am even at a point of returning the whole damn order! Everytime I call and the ladies answer I keep hearing “Oh it’s the hooks customer” and hand the phone to a gentleman called Simphiwe! I regret buying from sleepmasters! The service is terrible and the staff is ***********!

Auto & General is a ****.
Auto & general is the worst company I ever dealt with . Poor service , difficult to get through to them and don’t respond to emails. They have brought nothing but frustration to my life. I have been trying to get them to cancel all debit order instructions and stop taking my money but I am not getting through to them . I am livid! Please don’t ever use this **** of a company !

Management is rude and unwelcoming
I was at The 41 camps bay celebrating a friend's birthday on Saturday. I still cannot get over how rude the manager on duty was - young looking man with specs. Treated us like trash even his staff could see. The lovely staff and barmen are basically the only people keeping that restaurant together in terms of customer service. Sadly, won't be going back!
