After the unacceptable experience I had this past weekend, I no longer wish to continue my membership with Goudini Spa Despite paying over R8,000 for a weekend away, I was met with rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful treatment from both the receptionist and the manager. What disappointed me most was the inconsistency and unfairness in how the rules were app**** regarding an extra child in the accommodation. When we arrived, I was told that an extra child was not allowed in the Slanghoek villa, yet another couple standing at the reception at the same time was informed that they could bring an extra person without any issue. When I questioned this, I was told that Boland could take an extra child, but Slanghoek could not “because of the new furniture.” However, during our stay, we observed several families in the surrounding Slanghoek units who had additional children—even in the 5 sleepers. Some of these are people we personally know, and we were also present when the manager told the lady in Boland that she could simply “pay extra for the child.” Despite this, I was aggressively confronted and told to pay an additional R2,980 or lose my current accommodation. The way this situation was handled was unprofessional, inconsistent, and humiliating. I would have understood if the rules were app**** consistently to everyone, but this was clearly not the case. Furthermore, the overall service we received during the stay was well below ATKV standards, and I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the manner in which we were treated. For these reasons, I am cancelling my membership with immediate effect. Goudini Spa has really dropped in standard. I was a happy member since 2016 but currently its time to say goodbye because rude and bad behaviour is not what we as a family signed up for. Thank you
Difficulty in Reaching Customer Support I am writing to express my frustration in trying to contact your customer support team over the past 24 hours. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to reach a representative who can assist me with my query. I have tried calling your customer service number and using your online support channels, but I have not received the assistance I need. I am hoping that by submitting my query in writing, I will be able to get the help I require. I am writing to request the cancellation of my online application for the Double Deal, which I submitted yesterday. The reason for this request is that the desired colour option is currently unavailable. I would like to cancel this online application (Reference Number 102508507) and when the colour becomes available, I will reapply. Could you please let me know how to proceed with the cancellation and when the colour is expected to be restocked? Please supply me with a reference number or confirmation of the cancellation as this is within the 24hours of cancellation My application details are as follows: - Application Date: 26.07.2025 - Time – 13:45pm - Reference Number - 102508507
I received 2 emails see below from two different agents firstly from Mr. Moses Mofokeng on the 16th Sept 22 and then again from Theodorea Molotsi dated the 14th Oct 22 As advised telephonically, the contract line (0745744093) was cancelled on the 01/06/2022. The device has been collected and received as per the Job Number (CCD440699). A credit of R6,289.67 has been prepared accordingly. A request to our Legal Department will be sent for your file to be retracted form the collection company so that you don’t get calls regarding the account going forward. We do apologize for the delayed response and the inconvenience caused. Regards ^TM This has still not been resolved and my name is still flagged at the Credit Bureau for an amount of R6650 including interest. When i questioned the interest they informed me that the interest will be written off as well and that my name would be cleared and that was on the 14th Oct 22. I have emailed the agent involved on numerous occasions without any success of any of them getting back to me This matter is really urgent and its getting really out of hand now because this is going back since Aug month .I have been promised by Moses on the 16th Sept it would be resolved and it was not i was emailed again on the 14th Oct by Theodorea Molotsi also promised me the same as per your email that my name will be cleared a credit will be sent and also apologized but yet nothing has been done. how long will this process take? My name is flagged for the past 3 months for Cell C incorrectly billing me for something that i do not have or own. How is Cell C going to reinstate my name at the credit Bureau or is this a matter for the Onbudman as i am seriously unhappy and it looks like Cell is really not doing anything except sending emails promising things that has not taken place. Cell C is the worst company ever
Good Day I applied for a cellphone for my daughter in April online application was done. I had a prepaid cell number and told them to use that cell number and that I did not want a new cell number. When the phone was delivered to my house address (56 Anker Crescent, Bayview) it was not the phone my daughter wanted and within the 7 day policy (you can return the phone within 7days if you are not satisfied with the product) I contacted Cell C indicating that the incorrect phone was purchased Reference Number 2042400243 and told them which phone my daughter actually wanted. The Cell C Agent then booked the device for collection and I received my SMS. I went into Cell C the branch Westgate Mall as well and they indicated that this request can only be done online because I purchased the phone online. After contacting Cell C again Ref Number 2050400244 they indicated that RAM will collect the phone and that RAM will notify me on when they will collect , I explained to the Cell C Agent which phone my daughter wanted and she notified me that I will first have to resolve this case before I take out the actual phone I wanted and because it is within the 7 days no fees or cancellation fees will be charged. She also indicated that once Ref 2051600670 is finalized then I can take out the correct phone (contract) for my daughter RAM collected the phone and I made contact with Cell C and they informed me that the waiting on feedback from Cell C Back Office regarding the device(if the device was used or was the box still sealed etc Cell C Check) A week later I contacted Cell C again and they indicated that they got feedback that the phone was never used and that they got the go ahead to process the cancellation and that a credit has been processed as well. I was told I can go ahead with opening up a new contract for the device my daughter wanted. I received 3 sms with the same reference number 2051600670 that the cancellation was successful. A credit has been processed and that the contract has been terminated successfully For the month of April, May and June Cell C deducted fees for a phone/contract that I never had and never used (I made sure that I did everything within the 7day window period) I never received any invoices or statement about any deductions that will be deducted. In July they did not deduct anything and when I contacted Cell C again and complained about the money going off my account I was told they will rectify this asap and apologised . On the 25th Aug Cell C deducted an amount of R6450 from my bank account for cancellation fees. When I called in to query this the cell c agent could not assist me and rudely put my call down. This is now an ongoing battle and I would like assistance with this request please Mr Moses Mofokeng from Cell C contact me on Friday 16th Sept 2022. Mr. Moses apologized and informed me that i am not liable for any cancellation fees nor contract fees as i do not have a contract with Cell C and that he will make sure that this is sorted out by Monday 19th Sept 2022. On the 19th Sept 22 I get a call from Cell C Lawyers regarding this ongoing query. Mr. Moses i emailed you once again on the 19th Sept asking you for feedback and yet you have not replied to my emails I am being bombard by another lawyers call. Today is the 22nd Sept 22 can you please sort this out asap as discussed on Friday you mentioned you will make sure its sorted by the 19th Sept 22 and we heading to another week of nothing being done to my query. Is the next step getting the Ombudsman involved seeing that my complaint on Hello Peter is being totally ignored On the 23rd Sept I emailed Mr. Moses Mofokeng from CELL C that is dealing with my query ….I have emailed you once again on the 22nd Sept and again on the 23rd Sept but you have not responded to any of my emails. You are the agent that I dealt with and that was busy fixing the problem verbal communication was made from Mr. Moses Mofokeng on the 16th Sept apologizing and informed me that he will fix this by the 19th Sept 22. Today another week later and still nothing has been done. This is an ongoing problem from April and still nothing has been resolved. The service at Cell C is really pathetic and Customer service is of no help, Mr. Moses Mofokeng how long will you take to respond to all my emails. How long will it take you to sort this out because after your telephonic conversation on the 16th Sept you made it clear it would be sorted out by the 19th Sept 22. You apologized and was very sympathetic towards this problem but yet it feels like it has once again fallen on deaf ears.
