I have bought the cellphone last year April and asked the insurance to be added ,I only found this year that the insurance was not added and they kept saying that I had cancelled it ,upon requesting the voice record they said that they will put the phone under insurance as it was their fault for not adding it last year and will reflect as if the insurance was taken last year and then they will start deducting I am now in shock as they ask me to pay the access of R5100 saying that the insurance was still new but had they added the insurance when requested that would have not affected me I would pay the Normal access but now they want me to take their fault
I have previously reported the phone lost and recovered it,I had already blacklisted the phone and I unblacklisted it in August and was able to use the phone and it got lost last month and was told by the in nsurance i have to block the phone but service providers say they cannot help me with that because I had previously blacklisted the phone,now I'm told that the claim is found to be a ***** instead of telling me what I should do , im inconvenienced by the lost phone and need to be helped get my phone from finrite insurance under vodacom my contact number is 0662912255 and name is Sinazo
I had two accounts with them and asked the settlement amount for the other account which I first had,then continued paying the other account which they deduct as a debit order each month. I then noticed on my credit score that I have arrears and went to the store and spoke with the manager which was unsure whether I missed the payment or not and I showed her my bank statements then she said the issue was on the settlement amount they made a mistake nd when she explains it does not make sense how I got into arrears now my question if ts their mistake why can’t they fix that on credit berau cz now I can’t make credits bcz of them, I left the store without being assisted
