Just wanted to commend Jeremy and his team. I had such a crisis yesterday and they came through for my family and I. I would like to mention a staff member named Keora, she has outstanding mannerisms and excellent telephone etiquette. This youngster has potential in the customer service industry. I joined First Loyalty Plus recently and the benefits are amazing. I highly recommend this product. With the dinning benefit alone I receive cash back on average R700 a month leave alone the 10 other benefits on the app. I cover my monthly premium plus have extra back into my pocket. I was in a crisis today but man, a lady named Palesa came to my rescue, her service was exceptional. She called me like 4 times to check if my wife was ok. I am glad to be apart of One Plan and more importantly I'm glad you have Palesa apart of your team. We'll done to her and keep up the good work.
