Firstly let me say, that I am both a customer and a seller on the Makro Portal. As a seller you need to be very careful as Makro will bankrupt you. Unless your margin is 400% to 800% you might make a profit. To give you an idea. Last sale was R5850.00 my payout? R1650! They have many hidden costs to trick you. They will eat you alive. But, my rant is more about how bad their delivery service is. Every order I have placed with their online store has been late. What get's me angry on this one, not only is it 5 days late, they don't advise you that your order was cancelled!!! According to them their courier service was at the seller to collect 3 times and 3 times the seller was closed on their arrival. Why were they closed? Because they arrived after 5pm. Guess what? Businesses close between 4:30 and 5:00 pm!! Useless. I wonder how long it will take to get my money back from these rogues.
Hello, who can I get in touch with in regards to Home Owners Insurance Cancellation? We cancelled April, sent ALL the relevant documentation. Following up every week with no response. Phone call after phone call. It's a huge joke really!! Charged me again for another insurance installment. I am so tired of dealing with this nonsense. Please everyone, beware of SA Homeloans Insurance you WILL lose by insuring through SA HOMELOANS.
Beware!!!! Please read: Before you become a victim of Vox telecom take note... I have been a client of Vox telecom since 2016. For the last +- 6months it has been terrible. So bad that I was off for just over a week. I spent more than 6 hours talk time trying to get what I pay for, but to no avail. Nothing would have happened if I did not physically go to their offices in Johannesburg. Every month now, I sit with no connection at all. I am sick and tired of them. I insisted on a credit for the time that I have not had any services and their reply was simply: 'Good Day, Thank you for entrusting us with your request. Unfortunately Vox does not grant credits for any Downtime experienced. It is so agreed on our Terms & Conditions ?s : All services provided by Vox are A Best Effort broadband service, which does not provide full reliability. The Services performs to the best of its ability and when any issues arise; we have capable technical engineers working 24/7 awaiting to assist customers to come to a speedy resolution within a very limited time frame. We believe that everything is/was done in all effort to resolve any connectivity issues raised and reported to us. Please refer to Clause 4.3 of our General Terms and Conditions agreed to and found here: https://www.vox.co.za/terms-conditions' So in a nutshell: You can be off for the entire month and Vox does NOT have to honor their part.
This call center constantly calls me even though I have begged them to remove me from their call list. They alos go by the name of Blu Credit amongst others. I believe they are situated at 75 Grayston Ave in Sandton. It looks like there is no business at this address. They call from: 0873302598' 0115956521, 0115956581, 0115956530, 0115956502, 0115956587, 0115956545, 0115956582, 0115956584. Can any body please give me the owners name, phone number and address so that I can go there and confront this a hole please?
