Many Unauthorised Spam Calls
Absa is always faithful to drop you when you need them. The support said that Monye will be be cleared in 24 hours, and it has been 42 hours and still the payment and the money has not been cleared causing. Trouble. The new ABSA is like the the Eskom, the new SAL, all failures. Can not rely on institutions with BEE. Avoid them at all cost.
Absa Increase your credit card spending limit without your knowledge and then on your app shows only the avialable balance which misleads you to about the balance in your acount or your outstanding balance. So misleading people to make more credit then what they think they have. They are misleading on purpose and not adding to your financial knowledge.
Sold me the wrong products, then don't sort out my refund, and don't offer refund for my time and petrol waisted and have *********** sales people and are totally overpriced on general.
When you increase your spending limit and want to purchase a bundle using the USSD code. It states you have insufficient funds. When you use Whatsapp it does not give the purchase option to use your spending limit. When you call them, and do the verification the support agent ca increase the spending limit but not load a bundle. Hence you cannot buy bundles. Have not tried purchasing from a store yet but yeah should not be necessary.
Bad phones. Internet stops working, can not recover huawei I'd password after phone reset, and crazy adds appear every 2 minutes no matter what app you use. Then they change you R250 for a service of a problem that the phone software has and non problem for your side. Still don't run Google fully.
Bad Samung! I have an older Samsung phone and even though the screen is slightly cracked and the battery not so good any more but was working fine for me. Samsung decided to end the life of the product trying to force me to buy a new phone. When I connected my phone to PC and tried to use the smart switch software it bricked my phone. Samsung refused to repair the software unless I restore the hardware for R13000. So this way Smasung wants to end the life of my phone... How can I put this nicely? That is just evil and they did not take responsibility for breaking my phone. Luckily eventually I found a third party that restored by software of my phone for R250 that apparently Samsung was "unable" to do. Once can of course buy software or use the free versions to do it for yourself and others at own risk.
