I recently visited Papachinos for a takeaway. On a previous occasion, my order was incorrect, and although I only realised once I got home, a manager assured me that the matter would be resolved on my next visit.Today, I returned and explained the situation. The manager handled it promptly and professionally, correcting the mistake without hesitation. She was polite and welcoming, and kindly added complimentary biscuits in celebration of my birthday.I sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service and the effort made to resolve the issue.
I went to the restaurant and made an order with clear instructions to the waiter not to add bacon on both pizza’s, when I get home one of the pizza’s that comes with avocado didn’t have avocado.
Yesterday the 27th November I went to ackermans in Alberton city, I got no clue which clothes to buy for Christmas for my daughter, one of the friendly staff she was very helpful, she helped me in picking clothes for my daughter and she was very helpful. I got the clothes that I love
Since the begging of August 2022 I was unable to check my balances, send calls backs and buy data. I have been calling MTN call center tireless for the past 2 months. I was advised by the call centre agent to go to an MTN store , when I went to the MTN store at Mall of the South I was told that the call centre agents always sends customers to them and they don’t have a technician therefore they can’t assist me. I tried again this morning to call MTN head office this time hoping they would assist me but they send me from pillar to post and no one at MTN is able to resolve this issue and I’m on contract and paying but not getting the services needed.
