Disgusting service
I have been with this company for some time and I have to say their service is shocking. I work from home and I need my internet up and working. Whenever there is an issue I can never get hold of someone at their office. The service is disgusting.

VERY VERY UNHAPPY
I woke up again with no internet and as per usual they don't answer their phones. I have never had such a bad experience. I cant even get another provider because I have to cancel with these guys and they dont respond to emails and dont answer their phones. I rely on the internet solely for my kids schooling and my income. DISGUSTED.

No internet for 5 days
I have been without internet now for 5 days and no one at Imagine answers their phones. My children rely on the internet for their schooling and I rely on internet for my entire business. Very Very disapointed.

RIP OFF
These guys are thieves. They took my R4000 washing machine away and then after 4 days gave me a quote for R5000 to replace the pc board. I got a quote from The manufacturer and for the pcboard and call out it will cost me R1600.
