After sales and cancelation. Poor servive. Its quick to get a new product online. But to return the wrong product and to cancel it is a big issue. The numbers given to call takes for ever to answer and then they drop the call or send you from one department to another.
Ive took my vehicle to Ford Secunda on Wednesday 14-09-22 and got it back the next day. They only did a diagnostic test, for 2 days +/-R870 later that I had to pay Before I took it there. I was at 2 other companies that gave me the same results.(Fuel rail high pressure sensor low) But now ford is telling me a different story(3 injectors faulty and fuel pressure pump).On the collection day they told me that they will email me the quotations and the report that I need to send to Outsurance for my motor warranty. On Friday when I phoned for the documents(12 o clock) I was told they are not allowed to give it to me. It feels like something fischy is going on. I don't believe that's true. Even if I want to pay cash they don't want to give it to me. So I've got no proof on the parts that they say are faulty or prices. I've even phoned other ford dealers for prices on the fuel rail and Secunda was way more expensive than the other dealers. I phoned customer care emailed them and still no feedback. Really poor service
BAD service. My vehicle was there for two days where they only did a diagnostic test +/-R870 later. Before that, two other compenies also did the test witch was the same results. Now Ford is saying it's something else. I payed the amount and now they are refusing to give me a quote or the report due to the fact that I wanted to claim it from my motor plan. Even if I decide to pay cash I'm not allowed to get the information.
