I sent through a registration and it was rejected due to the fact that I had outstanding fees from the previous semester/year. Fees were paid after a couple of days and my registration was then put through without my consent. Now after 2 years I am currently receiving letters of demands regarding a registration application that I was told was declined. The lady Tsegofatso registered me without even asking if I am still interested after she had seen my fees were paid in full. I called almost every day for a month and she was on leave. Her colleagues assisted me and advised that because of the unfortunate mistake she made (not calling me to ask if I am still interested and just assumed) they will cancel the registration for the year. She then sent me a letter of postponement of which I said I don’t need it which was a month after she went on leave and did her own thing. I’m extremely unhappy and disheartened by this situation as they are not acting like they don’t know what I am talking about and I have been calling them for a year now and no one wants to take my calls I keep getting told that the manager for registrations will call me back but nobody does. My problem is In a split second a person can change their mind and in this regard since my application was rejected I took it as I will not study for the period deemed. They need to deal with their miscommunications because I’m not bearing the cost of negligence on their behalf Gloria,Tshegofatso and Lizzy need to learn a better way of communicating as colleagues because at the end of the day I am also a customer to them.
Worst possible mistake anyone could make to get specs from these people. Poor after sales service and the frame I got broke within not even a month. I have only been assisted after months and today they tell me there’s nothing they can do about it. Frame is very flimsy. I’m definitely taking this further They just take your money and want nothing to do with you after that.
Worst possible service. Just suspended my line after they debited my account and they are now telling me that I have to wait 7 days for my line to be reinstated. Spoke to a call centre agent by the Name of Nomasavi Tshabalala advising me that she cannot escalate the matter and there’s not she can do to help me.this is all AFTER MY MONEY WAS TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT VIA DEBIT ORDER.
FlySafair is so unfair with the R9 tickets you are supposed to limit it so that everyone can get a fair chance. There are people that got tickets twice entering. And some of us waited hours and hours and still didn’t get. We support your business but when it come to things like this we don’t get support from your side.how is it that people get TWICE??? Booking for families and extended families when others also need a chance.
I have been receiving calls from consultants regarding my account they called me once of which I answered and I was charged R80 for just speaking to rude,pathetic,mannerless disrespectful persons.their customer services is disgusting. They don’t know how to speak to customers they are rude and we don’t deserve to be treated as such. I’m being charged for calls I didn’t even answer foschini/TFG is a money making pyramid scam your account never decreases no matter how you pay. Skelms
They are huge scammers I bought two wigs from them they only sent 1 I paid double the price and now they are ignoring me when I contact them but reading my messages and not answering. DONT BUY FROM THEM huge scammers
