Trying to cancel the telephonic agreement after one day but got nowhere. Their agent told me that they do not have record of my id or cell no on their system therefore they cannot assist me. The R59 fee was however deducted from my Game store on the same day as the telephonic conversation. Game (RCS) is also of no assistance and even after 5 email's, with receipt confirmation, i had no feedback from them.
Order fertilizer online 24 Feb 2021. Delivery promised 8 Feb, latest 9 Feb. Nothing....Their website states delivery between 5-10 days from payment received. Now going for 2 weeks. The lady said the fertilizer is still at the warehouse....I frequently buy items online and even deliveries 600 km away from me take 1-2 days. This is poor service and even after their own commitment nothing happened- no call to explain....just plain nothing. Another rip off???
Bought 4 Logik air conditioners in January 2019 and made use of Game`s installers to have them installed at a cost of R1800 each. As we started experiencing winter I wanted to use the heat function and one of them malfunctioned. Submitted a fault reporting form at game on 29 April 2019 (almost two months ago) and I am still waiting to have the unit assessed by a professional. We had a person attending to it and he stated that the compressor was faulty...…..I reported to Imperial Air that the compressor is fine as it is producing cold air.....The owner of the installation company, Wickzain in Middelburg, never visited my premises and has been making promises to have the unit inspected by himself for the past 2 weeks now. I am now constantly contacting Game, Imperial Air and the installation owner, Mr W Du Plessis, for assistance but are not getting any joy from either. Accepting my money was easy and without any hassles.....
