Today the 09th of March we visited the restaurant and our total bill was supposed to be R575, with a gratitude of R25, but i ended up swiping and paying R800. Which was a mistake but now that mistake can’t be rectified all because the extra R200 is a tip… poor customer care and telling us they can’t help us because the boss isn't around and the table is closed.
I have a problem with Cartrack, they are not honest, their main thing is to eat the poor people's money. Last month they deducted money twice from my account and I no longer have a car it was repossessed in May they want me to pay R2500 to cancel this contract but I don't have it and I have been telling them for a long time. Even their app is nolonger working
Good day. I would like to report MTN. We do not have MTN network in my area (Queenstown, Ntabethemba) in the Eastern Cape and we buy data and airtime but we can't use it until it expires and it's not because of the loadsheding, this has been happening even before the loadsheding
Cartrack's service is poor. I did call them to tell them that I was surrendering my car so I no longer in need of their services anymore but they said I will have to pay a cancelation fee of R2600 since I have signed a 36 month contract and I can't do that
