I have extended Credit of R72000 on my account. I urgently need to take out a Maintenance Plan for my vehicle. But now they say they cant help me cause I am flagged as under debt review. I am not Under Debt Review. They lady who send you all the documents commited *****. All the Documents is *****ulent. I didnt know this. We are struggling to get a hold of this person as well, so that the necessay legal steps can be taken but NO Luck so far. I am paying all my account bymyself each and every single month. No where on my Credit report does it show that I am Under Debt Review. I need this sorted out ASAP. I am getting no assistance from anyones side at this point. I need this to be delt with Immediately. PLEASE I NEED THIS MAINTENECE PLAN
I have veen dealibg with A DC who commited ***** and stole my money. I tried everything to get hold of this person but no luck. No im in very big trouble for something that is not my fault. She didnt pay my creditors. So much so I received a section 129 from MFC. I send numerous emails to care@mfc co za for help with the arrers and to make arrangements but no luck. Then out of the blue I receive a phone call from a guy (not gonna disclose his name here) and he is telling me that MFC will not negotiate anything with me cause I allready have a bad name cause i went under debt review. He doesnt even now me, or my situation that forced me to take that drastic step. How can he say something like this. I didnt ask for this DC to ***** my money nor did I know that she is going to cause so much trouble for me, buy giving me *****ulant documentation. Everywhere thay say they are here to help us but it looks like I am wrong. Very very wrong. Then I get a email all of a sudden from another person saying I must write a letter to say what is going on why am I in arrears but I did that allready directly to MFC at care@mfc.co za the. She send me banking details but this banking details is looking suspicious. Accoubt name is SAGE and a nedbank acvoubt nunber, how do I know where my payments is going to, I DOBT TRUST THIS. I want MFC to call me directly anf send me emails directly from MFC branch so that I can know what bankiNg details to use. Cause I am paying my car myself everymonth and I have proof of that. I just want to make rrangements for the arrears that is not my fault. Nor do I get any statements so where is that been send to. But I dont know how long must I still wait for MFC cause all the emails says 3 to 5 working days to get back to me and still no succees. It been 2 weeks allready. And the section 129 that i receievd said 10 days time to make arrangements, but how must you make any if no one gets back to you. I am working on a farm where cellphone signal is a very very big problem so why cant emails directly from me to MFC be answered. I dont want a middle man or someone telling me how bad I am to call me. I want MFC TO CALL ME BEFORE I MAKE ANY PAYEMNTS TO ANY BANK ACCOUNT AGAIN UNLESS IT COMES FROM MFC DIRECTLY.
Game Lepalale in August 2025 we as a company bought TV and tv Mount bracelets. I phone them and asked if I can collect them ...note it was an EFT transaction.. the floor manager at that time assisted me but it took 5 hours for me the get the tv and bracelets. Today the 27 December 2025 the exact same thing happens this time the Floor manager tells me that Financial department is not working. On both occasions the EFT transactions and proof of payments was e-mailed from my company and my personal e-mails to make sure that Masmart(GAME STORES) get the documents. On both occasions Game head offices did not send the reference to Game store Lephalale. Thus this time I have traveled 110km to Lephalale and 110km back home without any products. From one big company to the other this is total bull**** and completely unacceptable and disgusting and a total 😤 disgrace 😤. Get your **** together Mamart
Want to know. What does this price look like? R102900 OR 1 029 000. If i am correct it tells me R102 900. But now they so there is no space for another zero on the board in the window. Hpw do you clarify this. THIS IS MISLEADING IN MANY WAYS.
It is the secpnd Kelvinator machine that I get frpm Lewis phalaborwa that is breaking. I waited ladt year almost 3 months for them to come and fetch the machine. It was fixed 4 times with exactly the sam eproblem after 3 of 4 days of washing. Nothing is overloaded or anything, the machines is used twice a week. After flippibg compketely they srnd a brand new machine. 4 months going now and the second maxhine has broke again on the same spot. 2 weeks down the line and they still havent came to fetch it. Thwy cant fix it in my home they must take it to fix instore. WHY? I WANT A NEW MACHINE BIT ANOTHER BRAND. KELVINATOR OS A BUNCH OF ***. DONT BUY IT PLEASE
I bought a washing machine on Credit. The pulsator inside the machine broke, I phoned Lewis Phalaborwa to submit the claim for the repair. I waited 4 weeks for them to repair. They did repair and brought the machine back, I used the machine 2 days, the pulsator broke again. I phoned thw Monday and lodged the complaint and I was told they will come to collect to repair again and I told then NO I WANT A NEW MACHINE. its a month later still no Machine still no New Machine. When I call they tell me everytime We are still waiting for HEADOFFICE. I HAVE NO MACHINE MUST WASH IT WITH MY HANDS OR A WISHY WASHY. NOT ACCEPTABLE. My account is paid everymonth I am not behind with any installments.
I have joined to do my matric in 2017. since October 2017 numerous letters and cancellation forms etc. was send to all the departments of damelin. It is 2022 no correspondence from them no phone calls, just every time you need to talk to somebody else just to get side stepped once again. I am blacklisted on ITC now for something that I am not using. Are they doing this with all their students and how many more are being treated like this.
