I haven't received service like this in years from any company. Order a list of parts from their website only to find the parts don't fit on my bike. Parts were send from 3 stores across SA. Their reply to my email was to visit Cyclab Cornubia. Cobus Pretorius help me. Patiently went through options for a hour, searching the entire country to find spares and in the end helped me select the best option for me. Then had to create credit notes for everything before I could walk out with the correct spares. Very happy with the end result.
FNB don't care about their customers, only cares how much money they can get squeeze out of you. Credit Card advertising states "55 days interest free". It's a lie!! For the past few months I have paid the full outstanding amount and they still charged me interest every month ontop of all the other fees. I contacted them about this and they've done NOTHING. Just a message to say they've received the complaint. There are other places to get a credit card.
I discovered two small transactions on my bank statement of R10 and R20. The date coinside with a purchase I recalled. I went to the branch but was informed that they can't help, phone the ***** line which I did. The ***** line refused to log a query without canceling the bank card (which is still in my possession and no other transactions was done since). Replacement cost for the card R150!!! I did not want the "tap" function on my account for this very reason, but was refused by FNB. Conclusion: FNB makes more profit out of their clients than the ********s.
ABSA house insurance is useless. Been paying for insurance for years and never claimed. Lightning broke electric fence and burned gate motor. Emailed all the relevant provided email addresses request claim forms and guidance, only receive ref numbers. A week later and still nothing. It's a security risk for a fence to stand open. Highly recommend ABSA bond clients to add the building insurance to their house contents insurance to avoid problems like this.
The office has one printer that is used by everyone for printing, scanning and making copies and was to be a cost effective way of doing business. Parts broke and we have been without a printer for more than a week. No loan machine, no alternative plans, just sorry for you. The cost of down time is huge and Konica Minolta can't be bothered. I tried to phone rhe National office, no answer. I message them on the website "Contact Us". No reply till date. They will make sure you pay, but when something goes wrong with their machines, it will cost you dearly.
Received an sms that FICA have to be update for bond with them. Waited almost 2 hours to be helped. Was then informed my wife also have to be present (sms never mentioned that part). Luckily she was close by, but was then informed that her driver's license was not acceptable and she didn't have her ID with her (no mention of that in sms either). ABSA is the worst bank in SA when it comes to client service.
