Zero customer care, you pay an arm and a leg thinking you're dealing with a quality company. But no after-sales service. My Vacuum cleaner is in for an under-warranty repair, and after 18 days, they still haven't even looked at it. Don't be fooled into thinking that a higher price means a better company.
I've been incredibly disappointed with Wondernet's nonexistent customer service. For the past 48 hours, I've been trying to get help, yet no one answers phone calls, leaving WhatsApp chat as the only option to reach them. They keep blaming Seacom for the issues, but after all this time, nothing has been resolved.
Support is non existent, 4 weeks hours holding for their call center, 4 promises to call back, 20 emails to support and account. Tried Vumareach just as bad. Spent them the problem with the router done by my own network support engineer and still no service.
