Mtn are ****mers i bought 20 minutes mtn-all network i only managed to speak less than 2minutes they said 1minute remaining how so their loyalty points they don't change
Made a minimum withdrawal of 200 an hour ago till now still waiting for my money standard bank instant money that ia paid out within minutes get this resolved asap i dont want to lose my temper i play with you guys because i trust you .
Ive been recharging every month and every time you recharge your account you accumulates point my points have been standing on one place since december (mtn loyalty points)
Bad customer service I am still waiting for my money even now I havent got paid my winnings.
Its end of the month already stupid bank never contacted me regarding 2022 query you guys are really useless even these micro loans are 100% better than you. You failed literally you really need to admit that you failed to resolve my query just admit.
If i would advice people to choose between standard bank and other banks i would advice people to choose to join other major banks except standard because its pathetic they are not honest at all. How come a quary from last year has been on going till now intead you will be called by their stupid agents without any resolution to the problem this bank is very useless.
Its been more than 6 months we approaching a year now they failed to assist me useless bank fnb is 100% better than you. I was never told why i can not have a bank account with them instead i wasted my money to visit their useless branches with no positive feedback
Its the second month now my query has not been resolved its clear this stupid bank can't is failing its customers.
Thought Standard bank is one of the best banks in S.a i was totally wrong they said my issue was resolved nothing was resolved they better say if the g dont want to assist me. i looked like a fool.
i tried to open a bank card with Standard bank on the 12th of September 2022 i went to Jabulani mall standard bank in the lady was very keen to assist suddenly the is the remark on the system she asked did i lost my id before i said yes was robbed a case was open same day she said to me to clear this it will take 24 so she will call tomorrow she asked were do i work i said rosebank she said i must go one of the branches. so on the 13th of sept i went to rosebank with the same query i was also not helped how come such a big bank can not resolve issues i told them i need to submit the documents before the 20th of sept because of the payroll at work i looked like a fool no one is telling me whats going regarding my query. Standard bank and its employees they are being unprofessional for the fact i used my money to go there twice with no luck am stuck in one place now all i ask is clarity being unprofessional i am really frustrated its not my fault i got robbed i did not ask for these people from Standard bank dont take their work seriously they are just fooling around. If someone from the bank want to assist me they better do so or tell that i can't open a bank card with them thats all.
