Frustration - I see many bad reports and the Business never responds. Do not buy the products, I have a faulty dishwasher door seal, and for the last two weeks trying to buy the replacement part from Hisense. The Spares department never returns calls and it is a painful experience to try to get any joy from them. Extremely disappointed with the after-sales service.
Service does not exist, I did a telephonic Contract (for MTN) 6 July 2022, MTN continue to debit my bank account with the higher amount. Endless promises of a refund for R818.00 and has not happened. Discussions with Managers does not help in resolving this either. Steal your money??????????????????
Wow, your website, definitely does not validate the experience I have had with your company. In fact it's actually a joke.
