Its such a pity that I have to give 1 star because they don't even deserve it. Pathetic service to say the least. I placed an order online on the 25th of July and to this day, the 15th of August, there has been no response, no communication. They do not answer calls or emails and there is no other platform that you complain on. I hope management takes this seriously and does something about it. We cannot be waiting over 3 weeks for orders and there is no communication whatsoever.
I put in the Access code to the estate and the driver didn't even bother using it. Instead he took a picture of the food on a pavement and marked it as delivered. When I called them they didn't answer and he didn't answer. When I logged a call I was told the driver followed their procedure correctly. They are protecting these drivers who are *******. I will no longer be using their services. Horrible customer service...
Worst School ever that supports and perpetuates bullying. They dont even deserve 1 star. If you want your child to be bul**** by both teachers and students and have the school not do anything but try in every way to cover it up, then take them to this school. They work on who you are and who you know. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS SCHOOL. THEY SUPPORT BULLYING AND ******. WORST SCHOOL EVER! IT NEEDS TO BE CLOSED.
