I wish I could give a 0 star. I'm a Red VIP client of vodacom but have been treated like a common pessant by "SA's Best Network". So, I have logged probably over 20 calls to vodacom in the last few months still with no resolve. I had been sent from pillar to post with absolutely no resolve despite some efforts of a few helpful consultants. Problem 1: I have a Data Uncapped fixed LTE 10mb contract. Problem is the max speed I get is 3 to 5mbps. On certain days I get 0-2mbps. I raised this issue and a technical specialist had to come to me to see what's happening. Since Feb 2022 when I bought the contract I have not had the satisfaction of enjoying my so called uncapped data. I requested that the contract be annulled as it is not doing what I was promised and got told to pay R11k. I refuse to pay cancellation fees as I am not enjoying the service as I intended to. I use an MTN router these days just to get by. Problem 2: We have also had constant network outages in my area with this affecting my ability to work from home. This has been ongoing for going on a 3rd month. Numerous calls had been logged again and still nothing. I would like for my Data Contract to be canceled with no cancelation fees and for a technician to please sort out our network issues.
