I bought a couch last year and it’s almost a year of running around, being promised my money back or my couch. Don’t ever ever purchase from this guy.
Absolutely disgusted and upset at the service received from Bonitas. I will be cancelling my medical aid with them at the end of year because of their terrible and sketchy affiliations with their optical and dental service providers. I had over R2k in my booster fund at the end of last year and app**** for spectacles and later got told that they didn’t pay the full amount. Bonitas have failed to contact me to try resolve the issue and no explanation of what happened to the booster fun. A month and a half ago I went to dentist that was clearly listed on the Bonitas app and when submitting the claim I was told that the Denis guys didn’t have the dentist in their network and conveniently only added them a day after my query. I’ve asked for proof of this and nothing was shared with me and of course I wasn’t paid. I can’t wait for the year to end so I can leave this terrible medical aid.
What an absolutely terrible experience with this ****ed service provider. I canceled my contract because they just kept on increasing my premium and decreasing the data that I was getting. Yesterday I woke up to an sms from them telling me that my debit order bounced (I canceled my debit order). This was as shock because they shouldn't have been debiting in the first place. They moved my cancellation date to a date that was convenient for them, They now want me to pay for services I didn't receive. Such *******! I will not pay for their mess-up and apparent ****gery
Showmax has been deducting subscription fees from me since Feb and they refuse to pay me back even though my account is inactive. I've sent screenshots, statements and my card details and they continue to ***** my money. I'm at my wits end because I've even asked to cancel my subscription yet they refuse. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO upset
Absolute worst experience trying to get a refund for a claim. It's the third week now and I've been sent from one pillar to the next just get my claim paid back to me. I absolutely hate this medical aid and will be moving to another one.
I was retrenched in 2020 and had my insurance pay for a year. When I insurance stopped, I spoke to FNB about a payment plan as I couldn’t afford the initial installment because the money I was earning as a freelancer was way below what I previously earned. FNB agent agreed and I was paying a reduced amount. Fast forward to this year when I got employed I started paying more and contacted the bank to make an arrangement which they agreed to. Last month I agreed to pay more and the agent I spoke to assured me that the payment arrangement has been logged which was true because I got a deduction for the installment and the repayment of funds in arrears. I then spoke to an agent this week to confirm that we would review this again in December. This morning my account was handed over to lawyers, and I don’t even know. I’m shocked and absolutely thrown off that this has been handed over. I’m gutted and helpless at this point because FNB has lied to me and don’t care about the arrangements I’ve made.
