I recently did my usual shopping for chicken products at Dawoods megastore in crownmines and I've never been so disappointed and disgusted in my life!! A part of my purcjasr was a 3kg chicken leg quarters, and when I opened it today it had a disgustingly rotten smell..I had to literally throw away an entire bag of chicken!!! I've never been so disappointed. Dawoods just lost a customer and I've been shopping there for years!!!
Never before have I seen rental agents deliberately ignore your enquiries. What happened to agents who value helping people find places??? No response from Leandra! No interest in property enquiries! Very disappointed with this agency and the fact that client satisfaction does not seem to be a priority.
Really bad experience with Chas everitt Agent. No responses No interest in your enquiries Not willing to book viewings suitable to both parties. You are an agent for property and your job is to assist people in finding places to the best of your ability. Very disappointed as I have not experienced this with them before!!!
First help Towing, what a bunch of ****mers. We were involved in a car accident on the 20th June, first help was the first to show up on scene and the guy was pretending to be all nice, preying on our desperation. He asked if we had insurance which we don't, he told us straight up that the car is a write off and convinced and promised us that we should not worry at all - it will be paid and covered by the third party insurance as the accident was on the other party fault. They towed our car to their yard and when we called the next morning, the insurance informed us they are are very well aware that this cost. Is not covered - they charging us over 12k for 1 night that it was there and probably more by now... how pathetic!! They are basically refusing to release our car without payment and not even allowing us to get the car assessed by our mechanics due to company policy which they cannot even provide us written proof of. This company needs to be closed down, something needs to be done!!!!!
This company is a bunch of ****** , that pray on people without insurance , my car was towed there last night and I'm already liable for over 12 000, they promise you that you can claim through third party insurance it WILL pay out knowing very well that they don't!! How pathetic that they pray on people's desperation when in a car accidents - something really needs to be done about this and more people need to be aware of this!
FNB secure chat service is pathetic. I tried to contact an agent to assist me with a debit order query with no success. Every time I wait in a queue for at least 30 minutes and if I just take a few minutes to respond they end the chat. Eventually I get to speak to an agent with the result of continuously being transferred and being in waiting queues for long period of time with my query not being resolved. This has not been the first time either it's a constant battle to get assistance with a positive outcome via secure chat. Very disappointed
