The worst after service I have ever experienced. Staff that you talk to is *********** and slow takes hours to respond whatsapp messages and dont answer the questions that is asked.
I have been a loyal customer to Afrihost for years and have 2 accounts and 1 mobile service with them. I have 2x 50mb down and 50mb up fibre lines with them and dont want to move over to webafrica for lower pricing on faster internet speeds i just want my 50mb line upgraded to 100mb download and 50mb download for the same price I am paying now as webafrica is even cheaper than that when I wanted to cancel my line previously they quickly wanted to give me higher speeds for the same price but now they dont want to
Never in my life have I been so disgusted with such a horrible place! This b&b *****s people money cause their property is so horrible ,filthy and run down that people dont want to stay there and leave then they take the money and dont want to refund their customers. This place should be shutdown!! its unsafe !! falls apart!! unpleasant and un Hygenic!!
MTN deducting costs from account for 2 months after I cancelled my contract. THe worse experience I have ever had with phone calls that keeps dropping, poor atitude from customer service, cant speak to any supervisor or manager over the phone consultant has to mail supervisor and never recieve a call back from any manager. This is the 2nd month money has been deducted from my account after I cancelled the contract already 3 months ago. I logged a call for refund of last month and after 3 weeks still nothing no call no email no update nothing now again I have to call mtn due too consultants that cant even read spell or speak properly over the phone. All I want is to speak to a manager that can sor tmy money out and give my refund back for the 2 months.
