Awesome service from Pretoria Auto Electrical & Air Conditioning
I had an excellent experience with Hendre at this establishment. The service was friendly, the advice helpful, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. I can confidently recommend them and will definitely return with my business in the future

Poor service
Made a booking for local flight via Travelstart. Paid via card and a couple of days later full amount was refunded back into my account. I alerted Traverstart via email and was informed by the Agent that they were not aware of it. I received an email request to provide my card details and CVV number on an email for them to "process the payment on their end" Obviously not comfortable to put my card details out there and was then provided with a "link" where I could do a manual payment. Again not comfortable to click on any link with all the ***** going on and decided to make may booking directly with the airline. The agent from Travelstart was extremely annoyed with my action and hung up on me. I received a call from the airline - or someone pretending to be from the airline - to inform me that Travelstart reported me for making a "*****ulent booking" Shocking, shocking shocking

Awesome Customer service
Bought a Crosley sound system a couple of years ago and the Power adapter broke. Needed a replacement and made contact with the company via the email address provided on their website. Was pleasantly surprised when they responded to my mail within 24hours. Excellent service received from agent who assisted me, Lucas Ramokonopi. Well done on excellent customer service!

Poor service from call centre
Trying to close my account - customer service call center number rings endlessly. Send an email and was promised a response within 24-48 hours it is 120 hours later and still no response. So glad I've decided to close my account
