I have done a change of ownership on my Sisters account on 24 October 2025. She have now received a account of R936. 96 for an outstanding balance from September 2025 to February 2026. We have tried to resolve the matter with the supervisor Asifipo with no joy.
You get excellent service. They go out of their way to get the job done.
I accidentally made a duplicate order and paid for the items. I immediately saw my mistake and emailed them to cancel the order and asked to be refunded. I also phoned them several times with no answer and left messages to please cancel the order. I also send a whatsapp a couple of days prior to collection from them. They delivered anyway via courier. Had to pay a courier service out of my own pocket to return the duplicate parcel.
I got excellent service from Natelie from the first minute I said foot in her office. They went the extra mile to fix the aircon of my car. I want to highly recommend them for car aircon repairs. Thank you.
ABSA i Direct insurance is the worst insurance to have. I have registered a claim to repair the fence of my house on 19 September 2022. On 4 October 2022 the claim has not been approved yet. People can enter my property through the broken fence at will. I have phoned them more than 10 times already just to learn that the claim is still with the department to approved it.
