She didnt just make a sale, she changed my life, as well as my outlook on real estate agencies. I have won many prizes with MTN Arena and this is not the first time that they have failed to deliver , once they even made me wait several months to recieve my prize but as a loyal client I overlooked it. I have requested this service to consider my situation regarding a recording of a game which is now impossible to send via electronic mail or via other platforms seeing that the file is too large. The support team was inconsiderate and rather added to state that they following procedures as other players have complained about me. My husband was recently banned without a proper explanation to their reason and it was overlooked, i was told by arena to use a certain device due to their systems malfunctions which I in return did so as per their request. I genuinely now do have a problem sending through the recording and my integrity after them stating that I've won and my intelligence has been insulted by this unprofessional support team. I requested a managers call on a number that I've provided and no one contacted me. I played this game fairly, put in my time, efforts and won and instead of being happy, I'm sitting in tears cause they are being so inconsiderate and coming across as if they don't want to give my prize that I worked so hard for due to their systems malfunctions and other other unhappy clients. I state with full confidence that I have nothing to hide as this support team as insinuated and I want what's rightfully due to me otherwise they will continue to abuse players on this platform and practise unfair service delivery.
I have registered and won a game fairly on MTN Arena and is being harrased by the support team to send through a recording that exceeds 25mb on electronic mail and other platforms. This isnt the first time, they have previously banned my husband accusing him of using developing tools which wasn't proven to date and are basing they judgememt solely on emotions of other players that have lost to a game I've played fairly. I've requested MTN to consider that the file is too big and that they can personally investigate further if needed as I have really used put my efforts at straint and won fairly, the support team is completely unprofessional, they have made errors with dates and have been very abrupt in their approach to the matter since the winning. Is this how I am compensated after fairly winning a prize? As a consumer of MTN, Im profusely disgusted to the highest level of how this situation was poorly handled and I await the call of the manager until now to sort this matter out. I trust that I would be heard and that this wouldn't happen to any other innocent victims of this abuse.
